Just 2 kilometers north of Mazatlan this Emerald bay beach house has 3 master suites each with its' own private bath oceanfront balcony and panoramic views. The downstairs bedroom has direct access (10 STEPS) to beach. One bedroom upstairs has 2 balconies/one overlooking ocean, the other overlooking the courtyard pool. The third bedroom has a 2 man shower private yet partially open to the tropical air and a Jacuzzi in bay window that has the feel of sitting above the ocean. Travertine floors throughout, modern kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless appliances. House is less than 2 years old.

Every room has dramatic, expansive ocean views. The sliders in the living/dinning/kitchen area can be opened all the way so that there are no barriers between you and the Pacific. Second living area on second floor is open air with beautiful palapa roof. Very private walled in courtyard with pool, suits optional. Take the marble stairs to the rooftop to watch the incredible sunsets or take a book and spend the afternoon in a hammock under the spacious and private palapa on the beach. Dramatic views from Every room! This house is very close to and compares favorably with the Emerald Bay beach houses that rent for $5000 per week. Many dates still available.
