Luxury executive home suitable for many uses, from quiet vacation stay to holding meetings and small parties. The house features all the typical must-have amenities for a luxry home such as cable and internet access to all the rooms, full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, bar with sink and wine cooler, plasma or LCD TVs in living room, family room and master bedroom. All rooms have TV and cable and internet access.
To make your stay even more enjoyable we have installed the reverse-osmosis 7-filter system that deliver bottled water quality drinking, the instant hot water dispenser for the quick cup of soup or tea, the Recirculating system so you can enjoy hot water almost instantly at the faucets anywhere in the house.
For those audiovideophiles and the Net Surfers and gamers the house features a 7-speakers Home Theater system, a HDTV large screen TV and a 20megabit high speed Internet line. To make the experience complete we spare no expenses and install a cable package that include a hi-def DVR box, free movies, HBO, Sports Package, Speed Channel, etc...
This house has been remodeled by the best craftsmanship, completed with crown moldings, baseboards and trims. Color, mass and lighting are coordinated throughout the house to create a sense of ease and comfort in a "money no object" fashion. From the grand entry adorned by the majestic columns and the mahogany door to the mahogany dining set, the full kitchen with granite counter tops, the luxurious Italian leather sofas and the high pressure body sprays in the shower, the designer has made the house into a living experience where the environment serves the inhabitant and not the other way around. Within 2-3 miles you are surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, bars and lounges, beauty salons, gyms and spas. The newly remodeled Oakridge Mall hosts a number of named diners and entertainment establishments such PF Changs, California Kitchen, The Fish Market, The Cheese Cake Factory and a 20-screen Movieplex.
Transportation is also very convenient: the Santa Theresa Light Rail station is within walking distance, Bus 66 drives right in front on Blossom Hill Rd. which would take you any where in the general San Jose- Santa Clara metropolis.
