Relax and unwind on the balcony of this fifth floor condo with a beautiful oceanfront view to the southwest, or walk the sugar sand beach during sunset. Located within the 55 acre gated community of the South Seas Club is also access to a large pool, tennis courts and fitness center.
This non-smoking condominium has been recently remodeled in the summer of 2008 with new carpeting, paint and furniture in the two bedrooms (king size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom). Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodeled in the summer of 2009 and feature granite countertops, new cabinets, tile and bathtub. The master bath features an all new tile shower. There is also a sofa bed which allows for extra accommodations. There is a shared laundry available on the fifth floor.
Outside of the South Seas community enjoy the quaint shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Other activities include golf, water sports, boating, and fishing excursions.
