Southern Palm is a townhome located within the gated community of Truman Annex in Key West's Old Town area. The Master Bedroom has Queen Bed, in-suite full bath with Shower and a private balcony. The Guest Bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into one King Bed, also has an in-suite full bath with Shower and its own private balcony. The newly remodeled kitchen, together with a breakfast bar, dining area, ½ bath and spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, opens to a patio that is the highlight of this home. The large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee. This home has all new furniture and also includes TVs, DVD Players, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, parking, and access to the Associations pool. While staying here, you will have walking access to Duval Street (2 blocks) for dining and entertainment, Mallory Square (5 blocks)

We have been to Key West many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Everything you wanted or needed was available. Close to downtown and the beach!! My friends and I stayed at this home for Fantasy Fest week and we loved. The home was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and offered plenty of space for the four of us to get around. The house is located directly on the Fantasy Fest Parade route which makes it an ideal location. The community is well-kept with lovely foliage and the pool area was clean. It was my third time staying in a resident at Trumman Annex, which I feel is the best community in Key West if you want to stay close to Duvall but away enough to still get peace and quiet. The unit had a small issue with a clogged drain, but the owner took care of it very quickly. He is the best!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We made a last minute trip to KW -- 2 parents and 2 college age boys. We wanted to be close enough to the action so that the guys could walk to/from Duval St. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. It is very convenient to everything, including lots of wonderful restaurants. We cooked in quite a bit because we caught lobsters and fish and used the grill that was provided on another night. Each bedroom has a balcony and there was a front and back porch where we could keep the bikes that we brought. Owner was very easy to contact and deal with and provided restaurant recommendations, etc. I recommended the property to my neighbor, but it was already booked. The condo was very clean well stocked with all your needs. My husband and I loved the location very close to Duvall st. The pool was very nice and clean and close to the condo as well. My husband and I visit Key West quite a few times a year. We love to stay in Truman Annex. This property was in the BEST location of all! It is near the guard gate. The location is safe and beautiful. The townhome is decorated beautifully and it is very clean. The size of the townhome is perfect with two large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs (each bedroom had its own balcony) and another bathroom downstairs with a nice kitchen, dining room and living room. It also has a front porch and a really nice deck in the back. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to stay in Key West!! I would love to stay there again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
