"Sea Mist" Beach Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house with an attached garage which has been converted to a game room. A private outdoor shower keeps the sand outside after a day at the beach! Enjoy fishing in the spring-fed lake, right off the back deck! Or take a few steps across the street to enjoy a relaxing day on the white, sandy beach.

Queen sofa bed in Living Room and two additional twin air mattresses that can be attached to make a king.
The garage has been converted to a game room with pool/ping pong table and darts.
On the other side of the garage is an attached studio with a queen bed, bath, and efficiency kitchen and can be added for an additional fee if more room is needed (please e-mail for pricing). There is no interior door connecting the studio and the house to insure privacy if the extra space is not needed.
Although the neighborhood is quiet and the beach less crowded, you will be minutes from all the action of upscale Pier Park shopping, restaurants and night spots (such as Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood House, and Tootsie's), Shipwreck Island water park, and many other attractions.
If you prefer quiet surroundings with NO CROWDED ELEVATORS and parking lots, come stay at "Sea Mist"!
