Desert sun, mountain views. Exquisitely maintained 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath view home in the heart of the Coachella Valley.

This home, in the beautiful gated community of Cimarron Cove sits on the borders of Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage adjacent to Cimarron Cove Golf Course. Only ten minutes away from downtown Palm Springs with its abundant shopping, dining and night life.

You will feel right at home enjoying the very large private jacuzzi with waterfall feature and beautifully landscaped side and back yard. Outdoor living is complete with gas barbecue.

Cimarron Cove is a gated community with a large communal area that includes a pool, barbecues and a children’s playground. In addition the house is just 5-minute drive to supermarket shopping and ten-minute drive to Trader Joe’s and Target.

Our unit features a large master bedroom suite on the main floor with king bed, walk in closet and double sink vanity with over sized separate shower and bathtub. There is a sliding glass door with a view to the landscaped yard and waterfall. The master bedroom includes both flat screen tv and DVD player.

The second floor guest bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and a combination office/bedroom in the second room with a new comfortable queen size sofa bed. Each room features multi speed ceiling fans and they share a combination shower/tub bathroom.

A very spacious living room is strikingly furnished with contemporary and antique art and has a multi speed-ceiling fan, flat screen tv/DVD and stereo with CD player. For the gourmet cook the kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops and a 54-bottle wine cooler.

Over 1850 square feet of immaculate home for you to enjoy, there is a large double garage with automatic door and ample space for guest parking in the driveway.

The Coachella Valley offers a spectrum of activities for all visitors including golf, spa, gambling, biking, mountain climbing, national parks, swimming, shopping, outlet mall, restaurants, nightclubs and more. A truly relaxing environment for all visitors.

  • Hi Doug, Linda and I wanted to thank you for everything, we had a great time. Your vacation home was a huge part in the success of our vacation. Your home has everything anyone would need, but doesn't seem to have anything you don't need - if that makes any sense. Our first impression, as we came through the front door and continued throughout the home, was how clean, tidy, uncluttered (just the right amount of tasteful furniture and decorations) and welcoming it was. The first night we stayed in to relax after our flight with a few drinks and b-b-q. We were pleasantly surprised that all the amenities we needed were there; all we had to do was buy the food. The kitchen has any utensil, pot, dish that you would every need (even a garlic crusher). It is obvious that you have put considerable thought into thinking of everything that a vacationer would need. Thank you again Linda & Drew
