Our Outer Banks oceanfront cottage is located in Kill Devil Hills, 1/2 mile from the Wright Brothers Memorial. If you are looking for oceanfront, this cottage is just steps from the beach and has a great oceanview from the oceanfront deck. New carpeting installed in winter 2009!
This oceanfront cottage will sleep up to 6 persons (includes children and adults) comfortably. It features 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, living room/kitchen, and bath.
This oceanfront rental comes with free linen rental and there is free hi speed wireless internet as well. The kitchen features: stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, basic dinnerware, cookware, and silverware. Pool privileges are available at our adjacent property (open seasonally). The beach is right outside your doorway--and there is plenty to spread out on!
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is 10 am. For more information on deposit and cancellation policies please feel free to call or e-mail. Availability can be checked on our calendar on this site.
There is a 2 night minimum on all stays in the fall, winter, and spring. In the warmer months this oceanfront cottage is rented weekly starting on Saturdays. You may place this cottage on hold now for 2010---some weeks are already gone!
Guests are responsible for bringing their own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc), trash liners, soap, shampoo, etc. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions as to what is provided. Prior to check out all dishes must be washed and all trash must be taken out. All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy a cottage (unless they are a family unit).
