The condo was very clean and neat. New ownership is working on some updating that is needed. For example a new refrigerator. It would be nice if the TV had more channels to choose from. The location is perfect. You could sit on the porch and see the beach and listen to the music from Pompano Joe's. The grounds are well manicured. Leslie was my contact and she was super to work with. We had a great time in Destin. We will definitely have a return visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We absolutely loved the location this condo is in. The view of the gulf was awesome . It is directly across from Pompano Joes so we could sit on our balcony and watch people come and go and also know when we could go over and enjoy a lunch or dinner. Our condo was clean and the right amount of space for us. It was quiet but yet in the middle of everything, We will definitely be returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our first visit was wonderful, and we can't wait to return!!! The condo is very cozy and clean and it has a million dollar view of the Gulf. We loved our first stay. This is a cozy, clean condo in a great location with a million dollar view of the Gulf!!! Easy access to everything you need. We were also extremely impressed the attention we received from the owners, Stacey and Earl Harris. They are fantastic people who are concerned about your every need.
