Walk to restaurants & Ponce Inlet Lighthouse or grab your fishing pole and walk to the jetty to fish. Total relaxation at one of Florida's prettiest beaches.
Second bedroom has two queen size beds which could comfortably sleep four people.

WINTER RATES- MONTHLY $1995 (3 Months $1895) (6 Months $1795)
SPRING/SUMMER MONTHLY $2450
Rates do not include maids fee of $75. In addition their is a 6% Florida Resort
tax and a 6 1/2 Sales Tax. A $300 security deposit is required at the time of
reservation. It will be returned if written notice of cancellation
is received 60 days prior to check in. Charges for damages will
be deducted from the deposit. All monthly rentals start the 1st
of the month.

Why the Owner Chose Ponce Inlet
I thought it was the best location on Ponce Inlet beach in addition to being on the top floor of a small condominium association.

I am a business owner who has always loved the outdoors and participate in many outdoor activities. One of the few places I can relax is by the ocean and I find the Ponce Inlet Beach to be one of the prettiest in Florida.
