This mountain condo has been completely upgraded and is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that if you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing!
No shoveling, no snow chains or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure.
Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance for slipping and sliding. If you have to bring in groceries or luggage, you have approx. 10 or 15 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles to the village with 2 multi-movie theaters, restaurants and shopping.
You are approx. 2 miles to two of Big Bear's largest shopping centers, where you'll find Von's & Stater Bros. Oh, we also have TWO Starbucks. HAVE FUN!! We hope to see you soon!!!!!!!!

This condo was perfect. We could walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort and not deal with parking hassles. The management staff was very professional and helpful. The condo was beautifully decorated and had the feel of a home. It was great having all of the small appliances we needed to cook and have our meals. I would stay here again and again. Thank you.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The condo was in perfect location and within very short walking distance to Snow Summit. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking supplies. There was adequate space to comfortably sleep 8. The owner was very responsive. Access to free wifi and netflix was nice suprise.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: I lived in Big Bear for over 25 years. I'm a Real Estate Broker, Professional Property Manager and a Vacation Rental company owner. It was perfect for me and a great place to raise 6 children.
