Beautifully decorated, this unit has spectacular Gulf front views. The spacious balcony let’s you share beautiful sunsets with friends and family, or just the two of you. This unit boasts a large open kitchen, and for communication, is equipped with digital phones.
The master suite offers a whirlpool tub and shower, a huge walk in closet - with his and her own sinks to get ready for that night out on the town. The suite also features a gulf view, along with a 42 inch plasma TV that is is hung on the wall, where you can view it while relaxing in bed. Oh and if you thought that it didn’t get any better ... the bed has a king size memory foam mattress that lets you unwind like you're sleeping in a cloud.
A huge washer and dryer are also found in this unit. The family room has a 52 inch Plasma flat screen TV hung up on the wall, you can enjoy this even if you’re cooking in the kitchen. The entertainment center also includes a Play station 3 for fun games, and blue ray DVD’s for the evening time or rainy days. The family room also provides a surround sound system with music available. The Italian Leather sofas and chairs supply plenty of comfort on those hot days and the sleeper pulls out to a queen size bed that can sleep two more guests or children at night.
The Second and Third bedrooms both have great memory foam queen size beds in them along with flat screen TV’s as well. There is a second full bathroom with a shower and tub all in the finest stone tile work.
The dining room features a marble top table and a wet bar for your adult drinks. It has a built in wine cooler to keep those great wines chilled for your evening romance.
The Kitchen has unbelievable granite countertops with all GE profile appliances that include a dishwasher, stove, range, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice and water dispenser. The beautiful cabinets are stored with all the utensils you will need if you decide to cook in.
The Inn boasts the largest gulf front deck on the Gulf Coast, with heated pool and Jacuzzi spa. There is a five star restaurant on the beach ... for that romantic night as you watch the sunset. For your work out, the fitness center has state of the art equipment. It is the only fitness center where you can walk on a treadmill while watching the emerald green waves kiss the snow-white sands on one of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast. The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love to relax on the beach with the kids and hear the cracking of the ocean at night. The shopping mall is a short walk away with plenty of golfing and fishing in the area.

It was a great trip to the Destin area and staying at this condo was a big plus. Besides being well decorated and appointed, it's location is ideal. It's in the middle of everything. An unusual plus was that the Gulf put on a show for us. The conditions were right for phosphorus (at least that's what I was told) and the waves lit up at night when they broke. It looked electric. We had a difficult time leaving the unit. See you again next year.

This place is an oasis! Once you open the front door... EVERYTHING is perfect! quality from wall to wall. Right on the beach, everything is close by. We will definitely be back.
