Excellent views of harbor, adjacent marinas, and ocean/pass with indirect view of pool area. No discernible noise from pool area.
Dining room table seats six plus adjacent dining counter for two. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops. Wet bar w/icemaker and a good supply of dishes, utensils, tableware, etc. for full-time meal preparation within the unit.
