This is a 1900 s.f. unit (including balconies), recently renovated throughout, never before on rental program, professionally decorated, very well furnished. King size beds in each (master and guest) bedroom with lots of closet space and TVs. Very nice balconies with dining tables and chairs accessible from each bedroom and living/dining areas for comfortable outdoor living/entertaining. Excellent views of harbor, adjacent marinas, and ocean/pass with indirect view of pool area. No discernible noise from pool area.
Dining room table seats six plus adjacent dining counter for two. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops. Wet bar w/icemaker and a good supply of dishes, utensils, tableware, etc. for full-time meal preparation within the unit. Built in office area with computer work station, shelves, cabinets, internet connection (modem and wireless router installed at desk.)

Not one, but TWO balconies! We enjoyed the private master suite balcony almost as much as the HUGE balcony along the second bedroom, dining room and living room. Excellent value, well-kept property in the BEST location on Holiday Isle. View of the harbor is exceptional from both balconies; pool/gulf view is limited but spectacular! We purchased hangers for the closets, since there were none, and left them for the use of other visitors. Public transit every two hours in front of the building, though we had a vehicle with us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The views are awesome,condo is very nice and large. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Our youngest grandson 4 years of age wanted to stay on balaconies and watch the boats coming & going out of harbor. This is one of the best complexes we have stayed in. Yenny was easy to work with.We are panning another trip soon.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I really enjoyed the week we spent at the condo. It beautifully decorated and has terrific views of the harbor, ocean and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise over the habor. We also enjoyed riding our bikes on the isle, and taking the short walk to the beach area. We had the pleasure of meeting Yenny. She is a very pleasant person. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo. Marc and Michelle McNabb
