Beautiful brand new 2150 sq ft rancher in the golf course community of Johnson Ranch. Full size par 72 beautiful golf course that has great rates. Enjoy the winter months on the course in the sun! There are other 5 great golf courses all in close proximity. Enjoy the heated Indigo Sky large lap pool and hot tub just a block away.

Our home has a new gas range in the kitchen, granite countertops, water and ice fridge, and is fully stocked. Enjoy TV on our outside covered patio and grill on our new bbq with the breeze of the outside ceiling fan. 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms have queen beds and master has a king bed, all with new linens. Master bedroom has an additional flat screen TV. Enjoy foosball in the game room, play playstation 2, or watch DVD movies on the 42" flat screen TV in the family room.

Long distance calling is free to anywhere in the USA or Canada, which means family and friends can call you free of charge. Enjoy using your laptop with free high speed internet.

  • Hi Lorri and Chris, Wanted to thank you both for renting us your beautiful home. One never knows quite what to expect when booking privately but we were so, so pleased. You house is fantastic - it's huge! Very tastefully decorated and totally equipped with everything we needed, plus more! The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping close by, affordable golf "right there", and an easy drive to MEGA shopping malls and tourist hot spots! Your kitchen is amazing (we love to cook) had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us use your Fry's VIP card - this saved us buckets of money on groceries and beverages (we bought Milk for $1.47 per gallon, $11.00 for 3 enormous T-bone steaks, I could go on....!!) - I wish we had a Fry's store here!!! Thank you again. It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to call "home"!

  • Stayed here this spring and had a fabulous time. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is gorgeous inside and has everything one needs and more. The area is great for walks, hikes or a game of golf...which I must say the course has great rates! We liked the mountain views and the spectacular sunsets...We meet so many people and have made great friendships that we can't wait to be back down there. I highly recommend this vacation home....

  • HI I rented this house in April 2008 and found it to be great. The house had all the amenities plus more than I was expecting. The rooms were great and there was everything there that one would need. We did alot of siteseeing around Phoenix and found because of the location we were out of the hussel and bussel of the big city. This meant to go and do things it did not take hours to get anywhere. There is lots of interesting places to see and things to do close by. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Bob
