The Unique Benefits of this House
We just love enjoying our new backyard private pool in our "resort" backyard. We enjoy watching t.v. in our pool in the evenings from our deck t.v. and also star gazing. Phoenix has the best skies for star gazing, it is amazing what you can see.

We had a wonderful time renting your home, absolutely exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, comfortable, kitchen was great, lots of dishes to cook with! Great backyard, even a hummingbird visiting all through the day. Quiet area, easy to get around and out to shopping and restaurants and sightseeing. Easy access to Renaissance Festival and Biosphere. Thanks for letting us get in a few hours earlier.

Hi Lori & Chris, We enjoyed our first trip to Phoenix thanks in great part to your beautiful home. We loved the privacy in the master bedroom and the gorgeous pool. Your home is so welcoming and beautifully decorated - even nicer than the photos! We had everything we needed and it was immaculate. We couldn't get over the amount of space we had! Thanks also for being available for any questions. We also appreciated the binder you put together with all the info we needed including local resources! We would and did recommend this property to family and friends.

Hi Lorri and Chris, Wanted to thank you both for renting us your beautiful home. One never knows quite what to expect when booking privately but we were so, so pleased. You house is fantastic - it's huge! Very tastefully decorated and totally equipped with everything we needed, plus more! The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping close by, affordable golf "right there", and an easy drive to MEGA shopping malls and tourist hot spots! Your kitchen is amazing (we love to cook) had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us use your Fry's VIP card - this saved us buckets of money on groceries and beverages (we bought Milk for $1.47 per gallon, $11.00 for 3 enormous T-bone steaks, I could go on....!!) - I wish we had a Fry's store here!!! Thank you again. It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to call "home"!

Stayed here this spring and had a fabulous time. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is gorgeous inside and has everything one needs and more. The area is great for walks, hikes or a game of golf...which I must say the course has great rates! We liked the mountain views and the spectacular sunsets...We meet so many people and have made great friendships that we can't wait to be back down there. I highly recommend this vacation home....

HI I rented this house in April 2008 and found it to be great. The house had all the amenities plus more than I was expecting. The rooms were great and there was everything there that one would need. We did alot of siteseeing around Phoenix and found because of the location we were out of the hussel and bussel of the big city. This meant to go and do things it did not take hours to get anywhere. There is lots of interesting places to see and things to do close by. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Bob
