Located just a quarter mile from the base of the mountain, an easy walk to the base for ski & sport activities. The local shuttle bus stop is at the entrance of Trademark for quick access to the mountain when ladened with equipment. Snowshoeing and XC skiing are right outside the door, with immediate access to the Fraser River Trail. It's a quick drive to the downtown area, for enjoyment of the shopping & local festivities in a matter of minutes.
Enjoy the outdoors, or enjoy the indoors! The main-floor living area has a two-story river rock fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. A 52" HD flat screen television with surround sound, plus a Bose Ipod system add to the entertainment value of this area. The first floor has a second entertainment area -- television, DVD/VHS, over-sized bean bags, games, puzzles.... perfect for the younger generation and their own private quarters.
The kitchen has granite countertops and all the necessities for meal preparation, while the dining area has an over-sized table with plenty of seating for all. Dine inside, or dine outside! The balcony off of the living room is perfect for sharing an outdoor meal or simply enjoying the mountain air. Enjoy the views of Winter Park and Mary Jane by day, and the mountain stars by night. A gas grill makes for fun and easy barbecue options.
The over-sized Master Suite has a king-sized bed, cozy reading area, jet tub, and balcony. Two additional guest rooms feature queen beds and all the amenities. A separate bunk room holds two sets of bunk beds, for the younger set’s sleep accommodations.
There’s plenty of room for gear with in-house lockers. Home has an attached and private one-car garage. Additional parking is available. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
