Gorgeous beach house located in a family friendly community on Fire Island, a unique barrier beach, located just a short train ride away from New York City. There are no roads or cars on Fire Island during the summer months. Homeowners and renters bike and walk everywhere on the Island which is surrounded by the Great South Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
With four bedrooms and two baths, this beach house has comfortable, fresh furnishings and amenities. The living areas on the first floor include an open floor plan made up of a living room, dining room, kitchen, large screened in porch and outside deck area. There is a large flat screen TV for the sports lover, a gas cook top in the kitchen and a gas Barbecue for the chef. The screened in porch is heavenly and a haven from the sun, should you seek out the shade.
There are two bedrooms and full bath with a jacuzzi tub on the first floor. One bedroom has a full sized bed and the other has a set of twin beds.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with bay views and a master bath with another jacuzzi bathtub. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom. There is a guest room with a full bed also on the second floor.
