"St. Andrews" is an impressive colonial style estate home enjoying stunning views of the first tee of the Watson course, and only a short walk away from the restaurants and shops at Reunion Grande and the club house. This two storey luxury home has its own private heated pool and spa, and is tastefully appointed with rich hotel quality furnishings and fittings.

The spacious bedrooms all feature ceiling fans and 32" TV's with DVD and video. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom with twin basins and walk-in shower. Double French doors open directly to the spa outside. The main guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the two other bedrooms have comfortable twin beds. The upstairs lounge has a double sleeper sofa for extra guests, with access onto a large balcony with stunning views of the 1st tee of the Watson course and the Club House beyond. Also upstairs in the main house is the loft area with pool table.

The comfortable living area is equipped with 42" Panasonic plasma TV and Sony DVD player. There is also free internet access and local phone calls. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all appliances including Whirlpool gold fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking range, and, microwave, toaster, juicer, and electric coffee maker. There is a complete set of cooking utensils, and flatware/crockery/glassware for 12 people. The full size laundry room provides a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The elegant formal dining area has a separate access from the kitchen and provides seating for six. For casual dining the breakfast/nook table also provides seating for six, with additional seating on stools at the kitchen bar.

"St Andrews" has its own private pool with spa, and is fully equipped with pool loungers and outside dining seating for ten. Pool heating is available if required. A large gas barbecue/grill is provided for alfresco cooking.

Reunion is an exclusive gated resort and provides 24 hour security. A home at Reunion provides luxury details not found in other villa's, such as a free concierge service, complementary toiletries, fluffy thick white towels, and fresh quality bed linen.
