great location on a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. The lake house was clean and spacious. We will stay here again on future trips to Hot Springs if it's available. The owner of the place was really nice and easy to work with. Sam's Pizza right across the cove was VERY good.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The house is bigger than the pictures show. The view of the lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed feeding the ducks. The squirrels in the morning would come up to the window and peep in. I would highly recommend this place to others and plan on making a trip back soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

This house is roomy and right on the edge of Lake Hamilton. It's a peaceful community and the kids and family enjoyed our time there. We went during winter, so the only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it gets cold in the rooms, but hey, that's why the sheets are for. I bet this place is great for summer, with the lake right there you could swim, rent a boat, etc. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Hot Springs. The landlord is easy going and very polite, made things easier.

We stayed here the first week in October; the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The covered deck on the back of the house overlooks the lake cove; we spent many hours sitting there enjoying the view and the beautiful weather. The house is close to Central Avenue/Hwy. 7 but is far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. Downtown Hot Springs is just a 10-15 minute drive away; be sure to check out the Buckstaff Bathhouse for a wonderful bathing experience in the hot springs mineral water, followed by a massage. If you have a boat, the dock is just steps from the back door; we fed the fish and ducks/geese from the dock during our stay. There is plenty to see and do in Hot Springs; we have vacationed here many times over the years and always enjoyed our visits in the fall. The house sits on a nice large lot; you have plenty of room for parking and unlike a condo, you have more privacy since the neighboring homes are not right on top of you. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with very little traffic and since it sits on a cove off of the main channel, you don't have a lot of constant boat noise. The next time we're in Hot Springs, we would certainly consider staying here again.

I could not believe the amount of space this home had. The pictures definately do not say it all, and it was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for fishermen, because it's centrally located on the lake, but in a quiet cove. If you need anything, about a mile or two down the road is everything you could possibly need, even a Mall if you so desire. All kitchen utencils, and bath towels were supplied at this home. Icemaker in the freezer works very well. I wouldn't hesitate on renting this house again. Jeff was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was willing to help you with any questions you may have.

We made a last minute decision to go to Hot Springs for some "pressure relief". We saw the listing for this home, it was available and we quickly booked it. The home is spotlessly clean, lives large and has wonderful outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed the covered patio. The home is also very conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. We definitely intend to stay here again ... but with better preparations on our part. I can unequivocably recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet, private vacation home.

My family and I rented this property during the summer for a week. The house was wonderful and in a great location. The owner was very nice and answered emails promptly. The description on the website was accurate. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids loved walking outside to fish or swim off the private pier. We had Canadian geese visit a few times which was fun for all of us. The lake was smooth and did not have very much boating traffic. We visited the town of Hot Springs which has a lot of activities available such as shopping, lots of restaurants and our favorite... antique stores. We did some hiking as well, despite the heat we had a good time. Very beautiful scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to rent this property again next year.

Pictures don't do this house justice. This house has it all. Clean, cool and comfortable. The perfect location to everything one would need or want while in Hot Springs. Absolutely loved the boat dock and swimming deck on the channel. Very quiet area. Easy access to the lake. We had the best time feeding the geese every day. Thanks Jeff for sharing your lake house with us. We will cetainly be back again and again and again.

This was the perfect rental for an active family. We were able to bring our ski boat and dock it in the backyard for totally convenient boat outings. When we weren't out in the boat, the kids were still in the water, playing around the dock. The house has plenty of room for all 5 of us, and we were extremely comfortable with 2 bedrooms and plenty of couches for eveyone to lay around on! We have absolutely no complaints and plan on coming back next summer!!!

We stayed for a week with my 87 year old mother and had the best time. Water is terrific, and we loved seeing the baby geese come in for food every evening. It's off the beaten path (meaning it's quiet), but it's very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We loved it, and promise to return many times in the future.

We had a great time for a week at this home. It is perfect for a small group and the lake is literally right outside the back door. There is a boat slip also which was a plus for us. It is near the main channel and very close to downtown Hot Springs for a day off the lake if wanted. It would be a great place for a weekend also.

We really loved this "home". It actually felt like we were at home. Lovely house, very spacious, and suitable for entertaining. The lake view was very nice. We watched families of geese floating the lake and canes catching their daily meal. We would like to suggest as an improvement that the house be stocked with bath soap and toiletries as well as coffee...just the things you would expect of a hotel. Other than that we had an awesome stay and will do it again.
Owner response:Thanks for the great review of your stay at our home. You will be pleased with the new items we are adding to the home and look foward to seeing you back again this summer!

Our family of six stayed her for spring break and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard, patio and dock were perfect, we enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and there was the lake unlike staying at a condo. For those who have a boat to bring with them it is perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful. It may look old on the outside but the inside is updated and quite comfortable. When we come back we will definitely look to stay here again.
Owner response:Thank you guy's for staying at my lake home. You will have to come back soon to see the new outside painted brick and the new floor in the den. We have updated many other items too so plan your next trip! Thanks!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time, the house was perfect for our get away, we spents our mornings sipping coffe out on the back porch, watching the fish stir the water and the ducks gliding by, beautiful colors as the morning sun was comming up, I built a fire in the firepit and we sat there watching the coals and flames, taking in the sites, sounds, and smell of the morning, it is simply a great place for rest and relaxation, and we are already planning our next trip with our granddaughter who we call "Little Girl" and we are even bringing her mom & dad to enjoy what we now consider to be our Lake House, thats what my wife posted on her Facebook. Again I would like to thank you for your hospitality and suggestion on Luna Bellas for dinner. We had a great anniversary there at our new Lake House
Owner response:Thank you Wayne for the kind review of your stay at our lake home. It is nice to know that our guest enjoy the home as much as we do. We are looking foward to your return trip and thanks again for taking such good care of the home.

This little house on the lake was exactly what we were expecting. The location was tucked away in a quiet cove, just a short drive off of the main Central Ave. The owner was very accomodating and knowledgable about the area. The house shows it's age a bit, but was overall spacious and comfortable for a weekend getaway. If you are looking for a low-key spot to spend a few days, this is a great place!
