Sol Vista Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is a great family resort. There is night skiing, lessons, equipment rentals, maintained Nordic back country trails and a fantastic restaurant and lounge. Winter Park Resort and town is 15 to 20 minutes away for variety. The City Market Grocery Store is very well stocked (even a selection of organic) and only minutes away on US 40.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, gas fireplace home is just steps from the ski slope. All furnishing are new, plush and high end. There is a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin plus a full lower bed with a twin bunk above. We can sleep 7-8 comfortable and there is a inflatable King air mattress that can be unzipped into 2 twins for additional guest.
There is a 47” HD flat screen TV in the family room that can be viewed from the kitchen, dining room and family room. The lower level entertainment room has a 42” HD flat screen TV with a DVD. There are numerous games and puzzles to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for family meals. The island has seating for four. The dining table has two extensions on either end that can be pulled out to allow seating for 8 to 10.
There is a heated ski locker with a bench and storage compartment for gloves, hats, coats etc. This is a great place for bikes, fishing gear etc. in the summer. There is a laundry room if needed.
Summer fun can include Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby, Frasier and Colorado Rivers, Headwaters Golf Course, Sol Vista Mountain Biking, and many more fun and beautiful places. The skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing, golfing, and fishing is why we chose this location.
After looking for years for a place to enjoy a variety of activities or just relax and enjoy the beauty we found it here in Grand County and we think you’ll agree!

Why the Owner Chose Sol Vista
Grand County offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, dogsledding, and more during the winter. During the summer the Sol Vista lift takes bikes and riders up the mountain for downhill and mountain biking on their many trails. There is hiking everywhere with Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indian Peaks Wilderness nearby. Fishing and boating is excellent with many lakes and rivers being some of the best in the country. There is golfing, horseback riding, and the list goes on and on.....
