Upstairs is a bonus room with its own full bath, a queen pullout sofa, TV and a 360 degree view of beautiful Lake Weir.

This home is well located, 10 minutes from the Villages with shopping, dining and entertainment, 30-40 minutes from Ocala and its horseshow venues and golf courses. Within 60-90 minutes you will find Orlando's attractions; east coast beaches of Daytona, New Smyrna and St Augustine and gulf coast towns of Homasassa, Crystal River and Cedar Key.

Year Purchased: 2003
My husband and I built this home as our main home with intentions of raising our 2 children. After being initiated to the realities of raising/chauffering kids, it became apparent we needed to be living in Ocala. We love the house and atmosphere of lake living and use it on weekends and breaks from school. We plan to retire here one day, but in the process, we would like to share our piece of paradise to others who will appreciate the home and lake.
