The Eugene Craftsman is located in the heart of the desired SW / Friendly Street Neighborhood, only 15 minute drive from the airport and five minutes to the University of Oregon Campus/ Hayward Field or Downtown. The house was updated in 2008 with classic Craftsman architecture details, modern conveniences, lots of natural light and cozy appeal was our aim. You can easily enjoy a morning walk to Latitude Café, Friendly Street Tea house, Friendly Street Market who caters to the organic lovers or a massage at Azui Studios. Go shopping or dine at the lovely local restaurants nearby -2 minute drive to Woodfield Shopping Center (Rite Aid, Market of Choice, Ben & Jerry Ice Cream, Supreme Bean Coffee Treats, Big Five Sporting Goods, Party City, Subway, Radio Shack, Body Jazz Spa & Messages, Hollywood Video, Wine Styles, Ron Island Grill, Asado Grill, Sun Asian Market, 3 Banks, and many more).
The interior is beautifully decorated and features a gorgeous kitchen, a cozy dining nook, and open floor plan. The home is spacious enough for all guests to enjoy. The living room has a television (with a selection of DVD’s, stereo and plenty of book & games throughout the house. There’s a separate dining room and eating-in nook. The kitchen is fully stocked and comprises of granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances; a five gas burner range, electric oven, hood microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to a private patio at the rear of the property with table, chairs, lounger, BBQ and lovely yard. There you can enjoy a barbeque or simple enjoy the company of your family or friends. There are four bedrooms: 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twins and two bathroom: one on the main and the master bath on the second level. Relax in the master bathroom, where you can sit in the private cedar- lined sauna to soak away all of your anxieties and troubles.
