This upgraded (very clean) family home is nestled in the center of the Pinebrook Pointe complex, away from the main access road and Interstate 80. It boosts a view of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains, as well as Park City valley. This well appointed condo is the largest model (1250 square feet) on the first floor of two levels (8 unit Security building).
We offer your family a heated garage (12 spaces – 2 are assigned to you) with electric garage doors (coded) to ensure your family is safe. Did you say “SPA?”
This spa is extremely popular with our families – it seats 5 people (lots of leg room) and one seat is a lounging position with jets all around you. The jets are adjustable and the cover folds back to provide privacy on the L-shaped deck (yes, it’s covered) - no snow or ice cycles will fall on your head!
The Family Room seats 4 with large throw pillows to use while relaxing next to the gas log fireplace. Enjoy a 36” Flat Screen (Toshiba) TV/Stereo, Free HBO and 75 Cable Channels, 150-DVD Library, Tracking Lighting, Olympic Memorabilia and Wildlife Artwork. The separate oak Dining Room Table seats 4-6, with a hutch and antler chandelier.
The Master Bedroom sanctuary starts with a Queen size Simmons Pillow-top Advanced Back Care Mattress, a down alternative comforter tucked in a microfiber duvet cover, shams and bed skirt. You will love this bed – our renters want to know what kind of mattress we have… and then buy one! We pamper you with the finest quality linens. Select the pillow that’s just right for you.
There are two bed end tables, unique artwork, lamp, track lighting, alarm clock, cable TV, dresser and full length mirror. The Master Bath has double sinks, a jewelry box, portable safe, soaking tub with bath salts, separate shower stall with an adjustable shower head, privacy water closet and a large walk in closet.
The Second Bedroom is equipped a TV and two (2) Twin pillow-top mattresses. The beds can easily be converted to a very comfortable king size bed, with matching comforter. The second Full Bath has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer.
The Kitchen – talk about well equipped! A gas stove, Espresso Machine, gourmet cooking vessels and utensils. Just what the Food Network Chef needs to make a memorable Family feast.
Can’t cook? Thank goodness the Microwave will do it all for you.
