Welcome to our Sail Loft apartment! We are conveniently located within walking distance to everything Annapolis has to offer. Wander through the historic district, hop a boat, a horse drawn carriage, or even a segway and explore the area. Visit the Naval Academy, St. John's College or the Maryland State Capital.
Our carriage house apartment has been a home away from home for vacationers, sailors, business people and legislators. We have some of the area's finest dining just steps from our door. Enjoy live theater, pub crawls or just kicking back. Flying in? No problem! Take a taxi from the airport, because you won't need a car when you are here. This space sleeps up to four persons, in an antique queen bed as well as trundle (two twin) beds.
Rent by the month week or just a few days. Need more room? Inquire about renting the larger main house.

Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
Our primary reason for selecting this location was for our personal residence. We love the Bay and being able to walk in the neighborhood which is close to everything. The garage/carriage house, is spacious and excellent for use as a longer term rental. It is great being on site to be able to help our guests with answers to questions about local attractions and activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Easy, private, seperate access is essential to the VRBO experience. Being walking distance to practically all Annapolis has to offer is one of the reasons our location is one of the best in town.

Rick and Jeanne have been innkeepers at the same address in Annapolis for over twelve years. The Sail Loft, or carriage house, has been a seperate venture for more long term guests that wish to be self-contained and independent. Both owners have been very active members of the local community and live on site. We can help guests with all of their needs from dining and tour suggestions as well as all activities related to the Chesapeake Bay and boating.
