Water Buoy of Lake Norman welcomes YOU! Not water front, but 1/2 mi walk down street.
Boat/Watercraft rental available separately...Luxury Pontoon, Jet ski, Bass Boat or Houseboat.
You will see the access lot, large and beachy! Please understand that it is not connected physically to Water Buoy. It is about 3-4 blocks away. There are few of such on the lake. One can beach the boat there, sun bathe, picnic, and drive back to the house in 2 minutes if need be.
Sleeps 1-6 in the house, in beds. We can also provide airr mattresses. We have turned the 4th bedroom into a game area along with a 3-way table offering air hockey, billiards, and pong-pong!
The ski-pontoon, or houseboat can be rented in conjunction with this location allowing lake use all day, and sleeps 1 - 12 at night when combined with the use/rental of our Orange Ruffy House Boat. The 2 marinas are within half mile.
There is plenty of parking at Water Buoy as there is a circular drive and a side drive, as well as side street parking. There is a little outdoor shower under the deck for cleaning feet and boating goop. All floors are porcelain tile. This house is fully furnished. Please bring towels for your Personal/Kitchen/Beach/Boating needs! We offer an associate towel service for additional charge of $4.00/set (One set includes One Bath/One hand/One Wash Cloth).

Great place for a weekend. It was just my wife and I for a night away and it was perfect. Great place for a family of 4-6. Not much to look at from the outside but inside was nice a cozy. Great deck to hang on with hot tub.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.
