A unique mountaintop retreat near the famous town of Barranquitas and its eternal spring. This cabin overlooks the grand canyon of Puerto Rico with its beautiful waterfalls. Surrounded by the gentle countryside of the island. Very agreeable temperatures (60s, 70s, & low 80s all-year-arround.
Can be reached via a narrow, well paved, not busy rural road from which you can ocassionally see houses occupied by the local residents, (very friendly and helpful people.)
Theese are horse-loving people. From the house, you will see horses being trained at a distance, in one of the valleys below.
The house has wide doors which allows the cool breeze as long as you may want it. It has an upstairs deck from which to see a wonderful 300 degrees mountain view. A down stairs deck is under construction, however, no construction work will happen during the guests stay and there is a barrier between the construction area and the main house.
It sleeps from 4 to 6 people. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, 2 convertible beds on the loft and 2 sofas that could be used for sleeping (they have been positively tested for that purpose.)
