Description of Master Suites
Southern Pines Suite - Large suite with king size bed furnished to remind you of a Georgia pine forest. The suite includes an in-room fireplace, a ceiling fan, locally crafted furniture and a 32" flat screen TV. Your private bath has a huge tiled shower with body sprays, a jetted whirlpool tub and double sinks. Double patio doors lead you a deck with great mountain views.
Stuart Mountain Suite - Very private large suite with king size bed decorated in a rustic style that will remind you of a luxury fishing camp. The suite includes locally crafted black walnut furniture, a ceiling fan, a 32" flat screen TV and a private deck with mountain views that go on forever. Your private bath has a huge tiled shower with body sprays, a jetted whirlpool tub and double vessel sinks.
Lone Star Suite - Large suite with a king size bed that will bring you back to the old west. The suite is authentically western. It includes locally crafted furniture, a ceiling fan, a 32' flat screen TV and double doors leading to a patio. Your private bath includes double vanity sinks and as a special treat a steam shower with body sprays.

Mineral Bluff is a couple of hours from Atlanta so it is easy for us to get to our cabin fairy regularly. The area is beautiful and each season is unique. There are lots of fun things to do close by but we just like staying at the cabin and relaxing.

Fishing, picnicking, hiking and boating available on the prettiest lake in Georgia. Rent a pontoon or jet ski at Lake Blue Ridge Marina.

I spent a wonderful 5 day vacay with my family at this mountain home. This home featured many amenities that you would find in a 5 star resort! I loved the outdoor hot tub, outdoor kitchen, movie room, billiard room, and bed rooms with attaching bathrooms. We went white water rafting, local "Blue Ridge Mountain" tourist shopping, and spent an afternoon at a local orchard. Great memories and I plan to return!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

My wife and I and two other couples stayed recently at Whispering Mountain Lodge. What a treat! This is the best cabin we have ever stayed in, and we have come up this way every year for the last 7 years. Every room was a master suite. The outside area and hot tub were awesome. The views breathtaking. The theatre room was my favorite. Watching movies and sporting events in there was priceless. The close towns of Blue Ridge and Murphy were charming. Murphy's Chophouse was our favorite place to eat out.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Love the kitchen, inside and out. I cook for a living and I love the stove. The cabin is beautiful. My whole family came. We finally found a the perfect place with a huge hot tub.

My husband and I vacation in the mountains at least once a year and your cabin is by far the nicest wee have ever stayed in. The snow was a delight. We woke up each morning to a winter wonderland view beyond compare. Watching the BCS national championship game in the theatre room was a MAJOR plus for the guys (while the girls enjoyed the jaccuzi spa tubs). Again many thanks for the memories. We certainly hope to be making more here at Whispering Mountain Lodge in the future.

Thank you so much for letting us rent your cabin. It was wonderful. We loved the decor, the pool table, the theatre room, the view, and pretty much everything else too. We hung out att the cabin most of the time but we did make our annual trip to Mercier Orchards.

What abeautiful cabin. We travel to Blue Ridge a few times a year and this hands down is the best cabin we have ever stayed at. We hope to come back soon and bring other family members.
