Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone and is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the marina. The resort has amenities that include a fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with full length wading pool perfect for children.
This brand new condominium is located in the River Tower on the 4th floor with no obstructed views of the ocean, downtown and the mountains.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen T.V., lounging chairs, with a master bathroom that includes a whirlpool, double sink, shower,toilet and large closet. There is also a easy to use safe in the closet of the master bedroom for belongings.
Second Bedroom has two twins and a full bathroom with storage for clothes and a great mountain view. Third bedroom can accommodate two with two twin beds. A full bathroom is 5 feet down the hall. Additionally, there are 5 lounge chairs on the 2 balconies to capture the breathe taking views of the mountain, ocean, infinity pool, downtown and marina views.
This condo was professionally designed by Sofas and Silicones with top of the line furniture and great colors throughout. All countertops and vanities are granite with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinets, also a washer and dryer are provided within the unit. The water and ice from the refrigerator and separate water dispenser at the sink run through an independent water filtration system.
Attached to the condo property is a shopping plaza which includes such amenities as Starbucks, Hooters, Subway and many more traditional Mexican shops.
