This Luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Top-floor Penthouse vacation rental condominium, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, is located in Indian Rocks Beach. Completly updated & redecorated in 2008 with upscale tropical Tommy Bahama style furnishings, ceramic tiled floors throughout unit - bedrooms are carpeted. There are 3 TV's with a 47' flat screen HD digital TV (extended channels, blue-ray, Bose surround sound) in living room. High-speed wireless internet & I Pod Charger/player/alarm clock. Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded GE appliances , dining table, & breakfast bar seating. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside unit.
This new property was recently built in 2004 & if you're looking for a view, all you will see is the beach & ocean from the living room, kitchen, & large balcony. Relax & watch dolphins, boats,a wide variety of birds, & amazing sunsets from the privacy of this unit. Small 20 condo complex with elevator access & reserved under building parking. Walking distance to colorful beach restaurants, night-life entertainment, & shopping. The bricked patio area features a clorine Heated pool, outdoor tables with umbrellas, relaxing hot tub, gas barbeque grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, & a private beach access gate. Centrally located between St. Petersberg and Clearwater. We use the assistance of a local helpful & friendly rental property management company for many reasons. You can easily check-in to obtain your keys regardless of how late you might arrive in Indian Rocks Beach. Also, they will quickly respond 24 hours a day if you are locked out or misplace your keys. Their professional office will handle any paperwork and safely/securely collect your deposit & rental payments. They can also help you with any requests you may have while staying in our condo. The rental management company has a printer available to you, if you need to print a boarding pass or an important e-mail. Their services help us to provide excellent customer service to our guests so that you may have a first-rate, relaxing, and worry-free vacation.
I usually respond to your inquiry in 24 hours or less and the Availability Calendar is always current and up-to-date! Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday (with Check-In at 4 pm and Check-Out at 10 am). Indian Rocks Beach is such an amazing location, that you will be glad you stayed at least a week! We can confirm reservations up to 12 months in advance. Reserve early so you won't be disappointed. You'll fall in love with the area and want to return year after year!!!!

"Look no further! This is the place you must stay! We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful condo. The owner has thought of every detail. I loved everything--the building location--the decor of the condo--the beach steps away-the pool-the view from the balcony--I could go on & on. Sunsets were breathtaking. Many things to do in the area if you want to--or just relax. If this were mine, I'm not sure I could share! I hope to return someday & would not consider staying anyplace else.

We had a wonderful time here! The view is amazing and the room is beautiful!!! This is our fifth time in this area and we have never stayed in a room so nice. (Jenna - 14 years old) We had an amazing time. The room is awesome! The view is so nice and wonderful. I loved to take walks on the beach with my cousin Jenna and loved the sunsets. (Annie - 12 years old) I have had the best time ever in Florida! (Jacob - 12 years old)

The condo was outstanding. Everything was first class all the way. We could not ask for better accomodations. The week just few by. We loved the sunsets. Each one was spectacular! Got some lovely photos to keep the memories alive. Heading back to frozen Canada in the a.m. We hope to be back here sometime soon.
