  Had a Great family vacation here. Mason (5) and Riley (2) enjoyed many firsts, like playing on the beach, riding the waves, and eating different foods than we have back home! We truly appreciate the spectacular view, beautiful condo, great pool area, beach, and all the cabana goodies! This was the perfect place to make some great family memories.

  We have had a great stay! The unit is superb and you have thought of everything -- down to spices. The bed was great and we slept like babies--although spending the days in the great Florida weather could of helped! Nice & quiet.....Thank-you.

  Thank-you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We just enjoyed relaxing. TIPS: Early Bird Special at Crabby Bills--Breakfast at Frog Pond (North Redington Beach) -- Paella at Tapas Place (1 person size feeds 3!!!) We especially loved watching the sunset every evening. We will be back!

  The most perfect week of weather I have ever seen not one drop of rain. This condo is great, it offers everything you could ask for on a relaxing vacation. The sunsets were spectacular. Only one suggestion, the sliding glass door is hard to open. We hope to make it back for another visit next year............Owner: Thanks for the suggestion on the patio doors - Just had the rollers replaced for a smoother glide.

  This was our third stay in your beautiful condo......as expected it was super clean, comfortable, and we loved the new tiled floor. The weather was hot hot hot, but we spent every chance we could in the warm waters of the gulf of Mexico or the condo's pool. This time we saw dolphins in the morning on two different occasions. The kids were so excited. We have already rebooked for next year. This is such a great destination for our summer family vacation. Thanks again - I'm off to Lighthouse Donuets to pack a few of our favorite treats to eat on our long drive home.

  My husband found his best tasting apple fritters at the Lighthouse Donut Shop (a stone's throw away). Your condo was beautiful and had everything (plus more) that we needed. Thanks for providing cleanliness & tastefully decorating. Great washer & dryer! We enjoyed the sunsets, the easy to walk on beach, the pool, and the comfort. Also good emergency service when the lights went out from 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. one night.

  Best Vacation yet! Beautiful condo, well stocked, nicely decorated, and wonderful comfy beds! Beach is perfect, soft white sand, clear warm water...perfect. Our kids loved the trip we took to Egmont Keys where they snorkeled for the first time. Hope to be back next year.

  What a disappointment ! Although the pictures of the condoseem to show a luxurious setting be warned ! I have stayed there with my wife for 3 weeks in May 2011 and believe me it is not as luxurious as it seems ! This is what me and my wife discovered : the whole unit is not even soundproof - I could hear my neighbor snor or talk to his wife in the condo next door ! How embarassing ! The beds are so uncomfortable and the box spring squeaks when you move in the master bedroom - hard to be intimate with your wife if you know what I mean. The bedsheets and pillowcases were worn out and had in certain areas bleach stains ! Even the beds in the guest bedrooms are worn out and uncomfortable ! The kitchen cutlery and glasses were so worn out we had to buy a new set. The bathtub caulking was missing in a corner section of one of the guest bathrooms. If you want a quiet luxury condo with safe usable cutlery and glasses this is not the place. John S. and Nicole G. Montreal , Quebec

  Owner response: We do our very best to keep this unit in tip-top shape. This Guest had a walk-thru personal tour of the condo before he rented and he physically tested the bed himself and said it felt comfortable. There were brand new sheets in the hall linen closet and the glasses were recently replaced 2 months ago. Both queen beds in the 2nd bedroom are less than 2 years old and the Master bed has received rave reviews from other guests. Even though the existing cutlery was fine - I have upgraded and added addtional cutlery items.

  This is our tenth year to vacation in this area and this condo has been our favorite by far! Wonderfully decorated and very clean....a huge bonus!! We love the location of the condo too.   Wonderful sunsets, cool breezy mornings, warm sunny days on the beach. What more can you ask for? Phillies went 2-2 and look "ok", but will need some spark if they are going to be world champs again. Wonderful condo, very warm and comfortable. Best of all we shared it all with very close friends.

  Roomy, comfortable, well kept and clean with many ammenities. Kitchen staples were basic but who really cooks on vacation? Easy access to barbeque grill, pool and hot tub. Small pet walking area. Undercover parking and elevator access to all floors. Lovely patio for eating breakfast and enjoying sunsets. Owner's locker with all of the beach necessities; chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards. Close to numerous restaurants, bars, drug store, bakery, post office and right on the beach. Located in a less crowded part of the island than some of the other beach spots but within easy driving distance to the trendier surroundings of Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island and St Pete's Beach if that is what you desire. We relished the uncrowded beach that appeared at times to be almost private. We'll difinitely return!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Once again, a great time was had! Love the new floor, very easy on the feet. The access to the beach chairs and umbrella was very handy. We stored our sand toys and floaties in the locker, instead of dragging them upstairs full of sand. Thanks again and see you next year.

  We had a wonderful time and hate to leave. Thank-you for the extra touches - beach towels, use of beach chairs, umbrella, and your visitor book. We loved our private view of the ocean from your patio - wish we could take it with us. The pool was great and we took advantage of the hot tub every night! This is the most relaxing visit we have had to this area, due in large part to your condo and amenities. We will miss having morning coffee on your patio and watching the dolphins swim by....sigh. We hope to be back!

  Thank-you so much for letting us spend 2 weeks in your beautiful condo. It was so great to get away from the terrible weather up North, even though it went by way too fast. The location is so spectacular and convenient to local restaurants. We spent many an enjoyable night in the hot tub downstairs looking at the stars and appreciating the great Florida weather. Our favorite restaurant was the Salt Rock Grill. It was a great place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We will definately return.

  This condo has everything needed for a terrific stay. Important touches like a good quality King size bed to a well-equipped and stocked unit, to free local and long distance calls, and internet.   Don and I have zig-zagged across Florida over the past 8 years for 3 weeks a year looking for just that special place and this lovely condo, facilities, and area is very high on our list. We will return. For those not bringing laptops, there are free use of computers at the library at 9200 113th Street, about 5 minutes away. There is also a lovely original house museum across from the post office on 4th Avenue (just turn right at Crabby Bill's). The Heritage Park Museum is also worth a visit, but lots of walking. Both are free. The funniest thing here was me at 5'3" trying to get up on the bed--glad I was able to entertain my hubby every night. Thank you very much for everything you provided.

  This is a beautiful unit and complex. Has all you need. A great area with lots to do close by. Would definitely come back.

  Your condo is tastefully furnished, so different from the traditional "beach" house. A real home away from home. The weather cooperated. The beach and views were excceptional. It was great being walking distance to restaurants, expecially Crabby Bills and Los Mexicanos. We enjoyed the experience.

  Had a wonderful time in your beautiful top floor condo. The place was immaculate and the view was amazing. Indian Rocks Beach is an amazing beach town. My husband and I enjoyed walking to Lighthouse doughnuts every morning to try another one of their many fresh out of the oven creations.   Great Condo!! Stocked better than any others we have stayed in. Pleanty of room & layout provied plenty of privacy. Everytime we have rented a condo on the beach, I laugh because we end up driving to other beaches all week long. But this year, just the opposite...when we tried a couple of other beaches, we just packed up & went back to the beach at the condo. The sand was clean & not alot of people & of course convenient when we needed a break from the sun or occasional rain storm. Also, I think our best meals were here at the condo.....grilled fish we caught on 2 fishing trips with Lucky Dawg Fishing Charters....snapper, sea trout, & mackrel, all out on the great balcony!!! It was a great vacation. Thanks.

  We've stayed in the local area many times, but I must say in theatrical terms, that all other condos in the area are truly upstaged in comparison with this one. We will most definately come back in September. After living with such a beautiful decor for so many days, we had a craving for Tommy Bahama - thanks so much - we loved every minute of our stay here.

It was wonderful to have everyting at our fingertips, from a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The condo was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the pictures on your website. The internet access and complementary long distance were a nice touch. Our girls loved having their own room & TV. They also enjoyed the pool & beach. The view from your balcony is amazing. We had the good fortune to see dolphins swim by on Thursday & Friday around 10 a.m. and got some great pictures! We hope to be back.

  We have been coming to Florida for many years. This condo is by far the nicest we have ever stayed at. The pictures on the internet don't do it justice. Thank-you for sharing your beach home with us. We had an amazing time. Indian Rocks is beautiful. Hope to be back.

  We had a wonderful time here! The view is amazing and the room is beautiful!!! This is our fifth time in this area and we have never stayed in a room so nice. (Jenna - 14 years old) We had an amazing time. The room is awesome! The view is so nice and wonderful. I loved to take walks on the beach with my cousin Jenna and loved the sunsets. (Annie - 12 years old) I have had the best time ever in Florida! (Jacob - 12 years old)

  The condo was outstanding. Everything was first class all the way. We could not ask for better accomodations. The week just few by. We loved the sunsets. Each one was spectacular! Got some lovely photos to keep the memories alive. Heading back to frozen Canada in the a.m. We hope to be back here sometime soon.

  The condo was lovely. Beautiful place to stay. Weather was great. Great restaurants close-by also. Hope to see the place again next year!

  This is a beautiful condo. We come down here twice a year and always stay in Indian Rocks and this is the most lovely condo that we have stayed at. Thank-you very much for having a beautiful place and inviting guests. We will definately be back and I hope this unit is available then.
