This property is exactly what was expected. It was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We had a wonderful time, the neighborhood was comfortable as were the beds. It was easy to book, check in, and check out. I will be staying here on my next visit to the east coast!

What a beautiful place to stay in the historic district. I was so glad to be close to everthing and yet far enough away from the bustle of the waterfront as to enjoy the peace and quiet. My friend and I loved the well stocked kitchen and the upscale grocery we scoured to cook dinner each night.

We had a great stay at 218 Houston over St. Patrick's Day weekend. The place is in a very convenient location. We parked and walked to everything. The house is really nice, clean and updated. Everything you need is supplied. The owners also leave great instructions and tips and they called us to see if we had any questions the day before we were to arrive. I would, definitely, recommend this place to family and friends.

The condo was absolutely great. Very clean, well supplied with kitchen items, great light through the many large windows and exactly 'as advertised' on the VRBO listing. The owners were great to work with, they have a great cleaning person, the location is awesome... what more can we say! We had a wonderful two weeks at the condo.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a great time! The condo is so beautifully decorated and is in a great location. We made a wonderful meal for the 4 of us. The kitchen was very nice and already had extras in it! Jordan and Casey made this such an easy process that we will be recommending it to anyone we know needing a place to stay in Savannah. The price was almost a steal being that a hotel for 2 couples would have cost twice as much. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

This was by far the best vacation rental experience I've had. The owners are great, the place was spotless! It was an easy walk to all downtown attractions. I would definitely stay again when visiting Savannah! The owners are so detailed - there is a nice info book in the home, listing nearby grocery stores, restaurants (categorized by price!), and attractions; and they called the day before check in just to make sure I had no questions. I can't say enough about how happy our party of four (two couples) was about this rental! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

This property was as neat and tidy as it appeared in the photos. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and if we were tired of walking, there were the free shuttles in the downtown historic area. A few blocks away was an excellent place to eat, J. Christopher's, I believe. We even went there to eat when we were staying out on Tybee Island. My only complaint is that we only had 3 days there. We would like to have stayed there the entire week we were in Savannah, but someone got to it before us. I will definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the historic district. Oh, it does have a lot of stairs, though, so if you are with anyone who has difficulty with stairs, you might need to look elsewhere.

The condo was beautifully renovated and clean. The owners were very easy to deal with and friendly. Within walking distance to most things if you are willing to walk about a mile(about 2 miles to Forsyth Park-but a beautiful walk). Great sushi/hibachi resturant right in front of condo if you dont feel like walking far. Just a forty-five minute drive to Hilton Head-great for day trip. The ONLY negative was that it was located about two blocks into an area that is on the brink of renovation, but still has a few rough spots/abandoned buildings.

Absolutely fabulous!! Came for daughter's 15th birthday, arrived late friday night and snuggled in for a wonderful night's sleep(on the best mattresses ever). Enjoyed walking everywhere, the food, and just relaxing. Children enjoyed watching birds and squirrels outside the living room and bedroom windows. Would return next weekend if we could!!!

This is a beautiful place. Probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at. We walked everywhere (River Street and City Market) and only got in the car to drive to Tybee Island. Great for 2 couples, singles or a family. Owners were very easy to deal with.

Great place and great owners to do business with. The house is in a great location, you can walk to almost anywhere you want to. We did a lot of walking with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The house is great! The only thing you need to look out for is Savannah's wonderful Mobility & Parking Services group. Make absolutely sure if you park in the front you do not get anywhere near the sign that says "no parking here to corner." I was maybe 3 feet past that with the back wheels. Went in the house for 30 mins. When I came back out, I had a parking ticket. They did put chalk around my wheels I guess to show I was past the sign. Other then that, you couldn’t ask for a better place, and that concern has nothing to do with the actual house or owners. :)

A group of us 4 ladies spent the weekend in Savannah and this condo was perfect!! It was VERY clean, roomy and the Tempurpedic beds were wonderful. The condo is within walking distance of almost everything (even though due to the heat and one of us being pregnant, we drove almost everywhere). Jordan was so easy to stay in touch with before the stay and checked on us once we were there. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Savannah and I will be staying here again when I come back. Let me say just one more time, this house was CLEAN and very non-cluttered!

The owners were very professional, responsive, and thorough. This was the easiest and most efficient booking I have ever experienced through VRBO. A friend and I stayed here for her first visit to Savannah. It was a perfect spot for our stay, both the condo itself and the location! It was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and very clean and well-equipped. We loved the large oak just outside the LR and front bedroom windows...and the late afternoon light. And, as others have noted, the beds were extremely comfortable. Another plus was free parking on the square.

just got back last night. We spent 5days and 4 nights in this beautiful townhouse. We took our 10 year old grand-daughter (whose name by chance is Savannah) for spring break. We loved the historical tours as well as the Ghosts and Gravestones tour (the best). We ate ourselves silly, enjoyed the sights and then went home to relax. The house was spotless, and everything you might need was right there. thanks for offering to open your home away from home.

We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. It is in a quiet, yet convenient, neighborhood in the Historic District, within walking distance of everything--and across the street from one of the historic Squares. The furnishings are perfect--with wonderful linens and towels and beds that are incredibly comfortable. There is cable TV and very reliable wi fi provided. We stayed there for an entire month--and plan to return again next year.

My mom and I headed to Savannah last weekend for a girls/work weekend. Instead of renting a boring hotel room, we opted for this wonderful, airy, clean, perfectly appointed condo in the Historic district. If you are wanting a River Street experience, this is NOT for you. If you are wanting a place to call home for the time you are away, that welcomes you with beautiful hardwood floors, has plenty of room to spread out, and makes you wish you had a vacation home like this all your own, stay here. It's wonderful! Enjoy!

Our stay in Savannah was very relaxing. The home on Houston St. was not only pleasing to the eye it was very comfortable. The home was within walking distance to anything you might want to see and do. I have stayed in many rental homes and the beds by far were the most comfortable I have slept on. We decided to rent this beautiful home at the last minute. We called the owners the day that we were going to arrive. Our reservations and all the paper work were done in less than forty five minutes. No hassles at all. We look forward to staying at the Houston home again.

We stayed here at the beginning of our east coast road trip & we loved it! Three ladies, around 60 years old, with pretty high expectations & we were not disappointed! Jordan & Casey have done a marvelous job creating a beautifully appointed, very clean & comfortable home. The kitchen had everything we needed - really nice not to have to go out for every meal. The beds were super comfy & we loved the spa products in the bathroom. The reservation process was well organized & easy. Thanks for a truly wonderful experience!

We had a great time in 218 Houston Street. We parked our car, and didn't move it for our entire trip. Everything was within walking distance, and Savannah was beautiful. The house was perfect for us, cozy, spacious, modern and much better, and cheaper! than any hotel in the historic district. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the historic district of Savannah.

We loved sitting in the living room or kitchen and hearing the horses clog clog by. Or the sound of huge ships on the river. What a wonderful place to walk around the city. We visited every square and made friends with many dogs and people in Forsyth Park. What a great old Southern city Savannah is! Thanks!

We are so happy we decided to stay at 218 Houston Street rather than in a hotel room in the busier downtown area. The home is beautiful, modern, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed is plush and the linens luxurious! There is ample parking right in front of the house. The owners were very accommodating, providing us with directions to the home from the airport, maps of the area, the addresses of local grocery stores, and several wonderful restaurant suggestions. 218 Houston Street is within walking distance to EVERYTHING historic Savannah has to offer. EVERYTHING! Yet, because it is located in a residential neighborhood within the historic district, the home offers a feeling of privacy, seclusion. As an architect, my husband appreciated the quality of workmanship and design detail that went into the home's rehab. As a self-admitted clean freak, I was grateful for the obvious care that has gone into this home's upkeep. Everything was clean, crisp, and new. We have just one regret: That we didn't book the home for an even longer stay. Savannah is an amazing city and 218 Houston Street the perfect location to explore it from. We will definitely be back!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday in Savannah with our son who graduated basic training the day before Thanksgiving. We were looking for a place that offered a since of home and comfort for us during this time. Everyone loved the house and found it to be very accommodating. The master bath is awesome and the kitchen is very nice as well. This came in handy for cooking our feast! The location is very good, you can walk to the river district from the home with no problem. The beds were comfortable and the linens very nice. I recommend this property, it was perfect for the four of us.

The kitchen was nicer than what we have at home :) It was also very well stocked. The books and the DVDs were a nice touch as well. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family if they ever go to Savannah.
