The kitchen is state of the art with all appliances and conveniences at your fingertips. A fully retractable glass door in the family room opens to a large lanai with BBQ, sink, and refrigerator.
A new full service grocery store is only blocks away in The Shops at Mauna Lani, which also features several restaurants and a wide range of retailers. The Fairmount Orchid Hotel is within walking distance with full service beach access and restaurants. The Private Owner's Beach is a short drive and also has beach rentals and a restaurant. Why the Owner Chose KaMilo
Kamilo is a new development built with quality construction. The developer is well known in Hawaii and has a good reputation. The Mauna Lani Resort is self contained with golf, tennis, trails, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The weather is much better than Kona or the resorts near the airport. Mauna Lani is a quiet resort and is close to the unique local towns of Waimea and Kawaihae.

Kamilo has a proprietary recreational area with 2 swimming pools and an exercise facility. It is very quiet and not surrounded by other home developments. Our home is a single level unit and works well for families or couples who visit.

We completely enjoyed our 9 nights here, everything is as promised. The owner is very pleasant and professional as is Lissette who meets you upon arrival and sees you at departure. We plan to return next year and only hope all the positive reviews don't get in the way of staying here again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with our two young sons in April. It far exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. The owner is wonderful to work with and his communication with me was great. The concierge was at the home to meet us when we arrived and she too was a delight. We especially loved the open feeling of the floor plan and the fully retractable doors that lead to the lanai. Every detail is taken care of...beach chairs, coolers, towels etc. We loved the workout facility and the pool. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

This duplex unit has everything you could want and more! Beautiful condo with high quality amenities. We have stayed at several other properties within Mauna Lani, but this one was definitely our favorite. Very attractively decorated and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful - we really felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The owner and his concierge were delightful and helpful to work with. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!!

1- The desciption regarding the location was exact 2-the pictures are reflecting exactly the appearance and amenities 3-the hous was perfectly clean and really well maintained 4-The owner was really helpful and his concierge 5-I will return in the same house next year that's for sure! and of course I will recommend this property to my friends and family 6-Lots of activities for all ages (snorkling, scuba diving, hiking....wonderful beach for the kids It was perfect !

Great location walking distance to local shops and Mauna Lani fitness facility. Beautiful pool and exercise facility. Quiet and relaxing. Home is equipped with everything you could possibly want - all top of the line. Wonderfully comfortable beds and top of the line bed linens and towels. Spotless. Great place for exercise buffs. Great value.

Starting from the first to the last day we had a great vacation. The location of the townhome was perfect for the vacationers who would like to have it all, golf, tennis, beaching, walking and relaxing at home where no stone was left unturned. Beautifully furnished and ready to BBQ dinner on the lanai. Access to the private beach club was our favorite because swimming with sheltered and covered lounges made reading on the warm days relaxing and comfortable. The workout facilities and swim pools near the town home itself rate a 5 star! What a vacation we had. Can,t wait to try it again. Mahalo Marty for allowing us to be your guests.

Our stay in Mauna Lani was amazing! This resort and accommodation are even more beautiful than the photos portray and it's description. We just couldn't believe how beautiful it was when we stepped into the house! The house was immaculate and had every amenity that you would need. It is a wonderful place to stay with or without kids. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very helpful "concierge" who welcomed us to the property and answered all of our questions and made suggestions of things that would be worthwhile doing. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone! It was very hard for us to leave our luxury get away and we can't wait to come back! We loved our stay, thank you all very much!

We have this condo marked as our favorite. It is quiet (no golf course mowing at 5 a.m.), the amenities are fabulous (pools, exercise equipment), the condo itself is comfortable, easy one floor living, fully stocked with appliances and utensils and everything is new and fresh. We have stayed in Hawaii many times at many rentals, this one truly can't be beat!
