Our second floor, three bedroomed apartment forms part of a Victorian terrace on Lansdowne Crescent, situated on the North East side of the Portrush peninsula. From the large, sunny open plan living area you will enjoy truly wonderful, uninterrupted views of the beautiful north coast of Ireland including the Skerry Islands, East Strand beach, Whiterocks beach, all the way along to Dunluce Castle and the Giant's Causeway.
Portrush is Northern Ireland's favorite holiday destination due to the beauty of the area as well as the huge range of attractions nearby. You'll be within a five to ten minute walk of the golden sands of both East and West Strand beaches, two large children's playgrounds, Barry's Amusements - the largest amusement park in Ireland, Waterworld water fun park, several excellent restaurants (five minute walk to Ramore Wine Bar which was voted most popular restaurant on UTV's "Ultimate Ulster" programme 2007), Portrush Harbour and of course Portrush town centre itself.
Just step outside the front door, cross the road and the green and you are right at the water's edge ready to climb on the rocks, do a spot of crabbing or fishing or just sit and watch the waves. The bus stop for the "Portrush Puffer", which tours the town during July and August, is here too. There are many spectacular coastal walks straight from the door or venture a little further and visit the world famous Giant's Causeway, Royal Portrush Golf club (just one mile away), Dunluce Castle, the Blue Flag Whiterocks Beach, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Old Bushmill's Distillery, ....you really are spoiled for choice in this beautiful region.
