Upstairs has a second den with a large TV, 18 foot glass windows overlook the lake as well as a full balcony. The master bedroom is also located on the second floor with fireplace a large bathroom with a shower and a large tub. It has a nice walk in closet also.. There is great fishing off the back porch for large mouth bass as well as other varieties of fish. Shopping is only a mile up the road as well as over 10 local golf courses. There are 3 beaches within 30 minutes of the house. This home is on a lake and has a well and septic system.
