Enjoy private beach gardens and beach and 2 pristine heated pools? How about champagne on your private balcony looking at the Gulf of Mexico sunset? The breathtaking Gulf breezes and views along with the amazing sunsets can be yours every day! In October, I saw 2 manatees, 8 dolphins and a pod of fish from the balcony alone! A manatee actually came up to us... I also saw many species of exotic Gulf birds and pelicans flying overhead fishing for their dinner. This property provides a tropical oasis to treasure. Our view is extraordinary. We are on both the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass leading to the Gulf; so sealife, great fishing, and swimming is at its best.
This updated and well appointed 2 BR/2 BA condo/villa is in the upscale complex of sought after Envoy Point situated on the Gulf of Mexico and on Blind Pass Waterway. This complex is peaceful, luxurious, and safe. There is water everywhere. The sand is baby powder-soft and the entrance into your privately secluded beach is gorgeous. It has a Caribbean feeling and the exotic birds on the beach are so fun to watch. I would love to send you the pictures of the live nature I took myself! Leading out onto our gorgeous beach on the gulf is a lush garden with tropical trees, plants, flowers, walkways, benches, tables, and chairs. You can take your lunch there and just
gaze at the gulf waters and hear birds around you.
You will want to venture outside of our security gates to find fun-filled bars and restaurants... ALL a short walk away. So, take that drink, you don't have to worry about driving home, you can see the condo from your table. You can even walk to shops at historic Corey Blvd. You can tell I love this place and so will you.
I rented here before I bought. Everyone told me it was THE BEST condo on St. Pete. I lived it. I loved it and purchased my own unit! I put many upgrades and upscale decor in it to make your stay special and resort-like. I have pride of ownership. Larger flat screen TV in living room and flat screen/DVD in master bedroom; the guest room also has a TV. Beautifully furnished, great stainless steel kitchen and new countertops with lots of space in the breakfast nook and recessed lighting design. New top of the line, remote controlled ceiling fans in every room and even on the large balcony! Brand new, ultra-upscale master bedroom furniture and plush mattress. The sheets and towels are all new with high thread counts. There is a washer and dryer in the unit along with everything you could possibly need including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, linens, beach towels, 3 TVs, I have a secured access high speed internet from my wireless laptop, DVD player, stemware, etc.
The environment is so unique. You will be mesmerized each day as you sit on the large balcony enjoying the Gulf of Mexico and the Pass all day and the gorgeous sunsets every evening as the dolphins swim right below you! Sip champagne or an icy beer from what will be your favorite spot.. the balcony with its brand new Tommy Bahama pub furniture. Every day you can watch a parade of beautiful boats entering the gulf from the pass and see extraordinary Gulf sunsets.
Just take the elevator down and walk out to the beach with your water lounge or fishing pole and relax for hours! Your beach is gated and secure. It is great for swimming and fishing. It has a jetty on the side protecting it from much seaweed that the other beaches sometimes get. It is so secluded because it is at the tip of the island. So peaceful and quiet but just stroll down the beach to the public area or resort area and get in the middle of the action! It is truly the most desirable area of St. Pete. You get the best of both world: PEACE and ACTION.
The nightlife is also... endless... and all in walking distance. Sloppy Pelican, Woody's, Oyster Shucker, and Twisted Tarpon is within a two block walk. You can walk to stores, historic Corey Blvd, and even the library.
The property includes use of workout facilities, 2 heated pools , 2 tennis courts, gulf front shuffle board, gated parking, 24 hour gated security and water on 2 sides. The Gulf of Mexico to the left of the balcony and Blind Pass in the front. You can also walk to many great restaurants and bars. Plus convenience stores and shops and within blocks. Take a stroll down the beach to Tradewinds, Sirata, The Don Cesar, or other full service resorts.

Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach
We adore this area and are use to the finer things in life. That is why we bought 2 places... a more long term, resort-like rental property and a shorter stay gulf front unit so that our guest can enjoy both. We like a combination of peace and quiet along with cultural excitement. We also love sea life, the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Exploring gastronomical delights in many different restaurants is our past-time. We have found ALL of this and more at St. Pete Beach!
**NOTE: We also have a 1 bedroom directly on the gulf that can be rented for weeks at a time. Give us a call if you are interested.

When I walked in to your condo I thought I died and went to heaven. I loved it and thanks for all you did to make our vacation memorable. We will buy here someday.

Your place is awesome. Just watching the birds dive for fish from the balcony is unexpected entertainment, and we're going to see the Rays play Boston on Friday night. We really appreciate how nice you have been, and are very happy to have the opportunity to stay at your little bit of paradise.
