The vacation rental is five minutes drive to 5000 acres of green lush hiking trails at Forest Park. The Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Oregon Zoo, and Children's Museum are 10 minutes drive away. This really is a beautiful part of Portland. Oregon Breweries are just 10 minutes away and the Winery and Distilleries are just 20 miles away. There are plenty of other things to do, Portland is full of culture. There is always some sort of festival going on in Portland.
The condo is in walking distance to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and ST. Vincent Hospital. Ten minutes to Beaverton and downtown Portland. And yes, we are located on a bus route. Bus 20 takes you to downtown Portland or Beaverton in 10 minutes.
The condo is clean and comfortable. Marble kitchen counter tops, and wall to wall hardwood floors. The main bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the smaller bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and hot water kettle. Plates, cups, pots, pans, and utensils are also provided. The living room is furnished with a TV, DVD player, and a stereo. There is free wi-fi available at the club house. Wireless modem in the unit, internet coverage throgh out Portland Metro area.
For your entertainment we have the top 100 channels on cable; CNN, CNBC, HIS, DISC, HGTV, local channels, etc... We also have 6 STARZ movie channels, 8 HBO channels, and 4 CINMAX channels for NO-additional charge (parental control available).
If watching TV is not your cup of tea, read a book at our beautiful pool side. We have a small collection of books that have been on the best sellers list – new and old. Or play a game of tennis, tennis balls and rackets are provided. Or play a game of Pictionary, yes we have board games and puzzles also.
