Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach
Jeanna and I have been coming to St.Pete Beach for over 20 years. My folks own a timeshare, near by, and introduced us to St. Pete. We love it. It has everything you look for in a vacation spot.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is situated on one of the nicest beaches in Florida. The views are incredible and the amenities are, simply, too much to list. Having everything you need within walking distance truly makes for a great location. Our unit is well maintained and is always in "like new" condition, when you arrive for your stay. We hope to hear from you.

We had a wonderful time, nice and relaxing! The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful at sunrise and sunset. There was something for everyone to do, young and old. Our favorite was John's Pass. In comparison to other rentals we have stayed at this one is definitely a home away from home. It was very clean and convenient for a couple or a larger family. We would no doubt go back to this vacation spot and recommend it to family and friends!

Our family spent five nights in this super comfortable condo. The pool was fantastic, as was the hot tub, and the beach access was perfect! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was a nice touch to find some games in the cupboard that kept us entertained almost every evening. The washer/dryer was a terrific bonus, allowing us to use only a fraction of the clothing that we packed! Also, huge kudos to Anna and the office staff who provided expert assistance, advice, and counsel at every turn.

We stayed here 12/4/10-12/7/10 and the weather was a bit cooler (and windier) than usual, so we didn't have a chance to use the pool or spend much time on the beach. However, the pool area is clean and well-maintained, and the beach is simply beautiful. The condo building & grounds are well-kept and the covered, assigned parking is very nice. The unit is very clean and well-furnished. There are a couple of beach chairs and a few beach toys in the closet for guests to use, which is really nice if you're flying and can't bring your own. Overall, we were very pleased. We're just going to add a few observations - they're not meant to be negative, just informative - and of course, it's just our opinion, so others may feel differently. - The unit is the next to last unit and is near the road, so you do get a fair amount of road noise. Fortunately, the owners provide a small fan in the bedroom so you can create some white noise when trying to sleep. - The unit itself was very clean, but I did note a mildew odor - so if you have allergies, you may want to keep that in mind. I have allergies, so while it bothered me, my husband didn't seem to notice. - The mattress in master bedroom is very, very firm & the sheets don't stay on. - It's difficult to get the shower in the master bath to stay on w/ full water pressure. - There is only one drawer for clothing in the master bedroom. - The picture of the view from the balcony off the living rm/master BR is not really accurate; the only way you can see the pool/beach is if you lean over the balcony railing. - You can see the ocean/beach from the other "balcony", but that is really the "hallway" that has all of the condo doors & elevator. There is no furniture there & it's not private - you couldn't sit out there. - We didn't feel that the Publix was w/in walking distance; at least we wouldn't want to walk that far with groceries. - There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet - very nice! - We felt the condo was large enough for 2, but would be pretty crowded for more than 3. Of course, if you're used to smaller rooms or don't mind a crowd, you could probably be comfortable with more people there. - We felt very safe at this property - and the office staff was super friendly (especially Anna).

Owner response:Thanks for the detailed review. Just wanted to clarify a few things. -There are many units near the road as the building is directly off Gulf Blvd. Most of the vacation spots are and you can hear some road noise from most of the units. Unfortunately, you will find some road noise just about wherever you stay, unless you spend the money to rent a "true gulf front" unit. I must note, though, that even so, it is minimal and you are so overtaken by the views and enjoyment of being there that is vaguely noticable. -As far as for the mildew odor, there are no carpets in our unit. We actually removed the carpeting, in the master, to add Terra Cotta Tile as I, the owner, have allergies, and it was important to have it as mildew free as possible. -The master bedroom mattress is new in 2009, as are all our beds/mattresses. We chose a firm mattress as we took a pole on repeat renters and this is what they preferred. -Glad you pointed out the shower pressure. Already alerted maintenance to address it. -The majority the units in the building require you to look west to see the pool/beach as the building runs east to west. 32 out of 44 units face North and South. In renting most of the 32 units, you will have to look west to see the pool, the beach and the beautiful sunset. Again, if you want to sit and look straight out to the water, you will need to rent a "true gulf front" unit. -The Publix is 1/4 of a mile down the road. We walk to it regularly. -We are a family of 5 and utilize our unit 3-5 weeks annually. As well, the average renter, we have, is a family of 4. Being able to sleep 6 people on beds, that is a good amount of space for the location and the price that you are getting. If you are looking for much more elbow room, then I would, definitely, recommend a 3 bedroom. Thanks for the review. Steve

We stayed at this unit from Oct.2/10-Oct.6/10 and we loved it!! The unit itself is beautiful, very clean, modern furniture, right on the beach and a friendly staff for check-in. The weather was fantastic which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Myself and my husband as well as two kids, a 2 year old and a 15 year stayed at this condo. The kids loved the beach as well as the pool. Having our own designated parking spot was also great. Everything is within walking distance, there is a Publix just down the street as well as IHOP, McDonald's and Walgreen's. The owners where very helpful with all our questions and returned emails within minutes. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for a beautiful and spacious condo on St. Pete's Beach. As well, the outlet shopping is only about a half an hour drive away!!! We are hoping to return again next year!!!!

My wife and I just had a great quick get away for 4 days in this condo on St Pete’s Beach. The views of the beach are beautiful!! We even saw Dolphins jumping in the water about 100 feet from the shoreline. The sand was soft and white. The beach was very clean and great to take long romantic walks on. The building is one of the newest on the strip. The pool and hot tub were both clean and heated well for the cool time of the year we visited in. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family. I think next time we will bring our children with too! St Pete’s area was fun. There are many great restaurants to choose from( Snappers for seafood). There is a shopping mall we went to about 20 minutes away and Tampa is not too far if you want to visit Bush Gardens. While I was there I rented a bike and got some exercise cycling each day. The best place I found was Ft Desoto to go cycling. It has a few beaches within the State Park grounds and about 8 miles of walking / cycling trails. This is a great place to take your family for a picnic and it’s only about 4 miles away from the condo. Don’t hesitate on this condo unit. Book it today or some else will!!!

I have stayed in this unit for the past two years both in the summer and the winter. It has been updated since I first stayed and is always immaculate. It includes everything necessary for a long or short stay. You can walk anywhere you really need to go, especially the beach. You cannot go wrong if you want a great relaxing vacation.
