One can also rent horses 1/2 block up the street and ride from there. All of these same trails are exceptional for mountain biking - over 8,000 acres of natural beauty. Fishing charters are available at nearby Morro Bay - daily - Seasonal albacore runs are phenomenal!

Many beautiful 18 hole championship golf courses are here including Morro Bay, Dairy Creek, Hunter Ranch, Avila, Cypress Ridge and brand new Monarch Dunes.
There is also a great 9 hole golf course within a 1/2 mile from the house with a restaurant.
