The front entrance to home is through a secured, front courtyard. Backyard features covered patio and rooftop sundeck/patio with casino/mountain views and great sunset views. Tile floors throughout except bedrooms, great room & den.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Inside laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, and separate work area.
Island eating area with 4 bar stools; Pool table in open dining/great room.
Great room has large sectional sofa (with full-size sofabed), entertainment center with big screen TV, DVD, and gas fireplace.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and double vanity bathroom with large double shower, and separate walk-in closet.
