On a cul-de-sac, at 8200 ft elevation, with views of Mammoth Mountain, the property backs up to national forest land and is graced with giant pine trees on two sides. It is just 1/2 mile from the Village at Mammoth, with fun shopping and restaurants as well as the gondola to Canyon Lodge.
The sunroom off the kitchen provides a natural solar heat in the winter and is a very cozy place to read or just to watch the day. The fully stocked kitchen is an easy place to gather to prepare meals with family and friends. The dining room has a large stone fireplace and seats twelve at a custom made log table. The many south and west facing windows offer views and plenty of natural sunlight.
The spacious loft style family room with full size pool table, games and TV is great for relaxing after a day outdoors. A sophisticated electronic keyboard is provided for the musically inclined. There are four TVs with 3 independent Direct TV receivers, with all of the premium stations. Secure wireless internet is provided.
There are 5 private bedrooms, each with its own bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. There are three queen bedroom suites and an addition double bedroom. Most bedrooms have exterior doors as well.
The sunny side yard is a perfect sledding place for smaller children; winter toys are in the garage. Two cars can park in the garage. There is snow removal service and a snow blower in the garage as well.
