Very quaint Santa Fe style home with hand-painted tile flooring inside and on front patio, with full three layer fountain in front patio area. Which is perfect to listen to on cool mornings while sipping coffee or watching the sunset over the mountain in the evening with a cocktail or iced tea.
This property is just two blocks up from the Colorado River with public access at the end of the street. Only a couple of miles from public boat launch with a nice beach area. 15 minutes from Katherins landing on Lake Mohave. (boat and jet ski rentals)
10 Minutes away from casinos and shopping in the Laughin Outlet. 25 minutes away from Oatman, which is an old mining town where you can go horseback riding, watch gun fights, do some shopping and feed the many mules and their babies roaming the streets.
