Stay at the best location Bear Hollow has to offer! This beautiful tri-level town home is in the center of the community, facing the wide open village park, perfect for summer picnics and winter snow play (early risers look for the moose prints!).
OVERVIEW: Built in 2005, this luxury vacation home is 2300 square feet with four bedrooms, 3 and a quarter bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, a private Jacuzzi, gas grill, HD TVs and DVD players in all rooms, and a bonus hideaway “fort” that sleeps 2. It’s a great place to relax and will comfortably sleep ten to twelve people.
MAIN LEVEL: With all new furniture, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place, with high ceilings and a nice open floor plan. Beautiful stocked kitchen with granite countertops overlooks the family room with a very nice view and a fireplace that warms the room in seconds. From anywhere in these rooms, you have a great view of the 42-inch flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace. A large private Jacuzzi and natural gas BBQ grill are located on the covered deck just off the kitchen.
MASTER BEDROOM WITH BONUS "FORT": The master bedroom on the top floor has a king bed with a European plush pillowtop mattress set, a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a hideaway bedroom (the "fort") with two twin mattresses for guests with little ones who want to sleep close by. There is a spacious walk-in closet and a large spa-like master bathroom.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: Down the hall, the second bedroom has a queen-size Euro pillowtop bed and an HDTV with DVD player. The third bedroom has twin wagon wheel bunk-beds as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player. These bedrooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall, and the laundry area is also located on this level.
PRIVATE SUITE ON FIRST FLOOR: The first floor hosts a large private den/bedroom (queen sofa sleeper) with its own full bath, flat screen TV and DVD player, and an extra queen-size Tempurpedic mattress – 8 inches thick! – to accommodate additional sleepers.
EXTRAS: A 2-car garage is attached and wireless (Wi-Fi) and wired high speed internet access is included. All phone calls to the United States and Canada are free (please use a calling card for other international calls).
OUTDOORS & AMENITIES: Just outside you will find the village park and the new clubhouse. Its amenities include a gym (cardio and weights), locker rooms with showers, Plasma TV, fireplace, two computers with high speed internet access, a printer, kitchen, and an outdoor community pool and Jacuzzi.
LOCATION: You’re 2 stoplights from The Canyons Ski Resort, 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, and 7 miles from Deer Valley. The city bus stops right in front of Bear Hollow and it’s always free!

This is the second time I've stayed at the house, and it was as great this time around as it was the last time around. The house is well furnished and in great condition. Very close to Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley with Little Cottonwood Canyon very easily accessible. Rent with this owner.

My girlfriends and I stayed here in February 2010 for a girls getaway and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house has everything you could want--multiple bedrooms (and bathrooms) for privacy, spacious and comfy common areas and all the creature comforts of home. It is close to both the ski areas of Park City and the Canyons and to "locals" favorites like Whole Foods and the bowling alley. We will definitely go back!

Where I stay to put my feet up and relax on vacation is almost as important to me as where I'm vacationing. When we entered this condo, our first reaction was "wheee! and yayy!" It is everything you could want and more for your home away from home. It is cushy comfortable, warm and inviting. We came without our kids but, loved the secret "kids room" attached to the master. It's perfect for them to sleep in as well as hold their clubhouse meetings. There's lots of room for privacy if you want it but, what I liked the most was the huge, open kitchen and dining area which flows down into the living room. It's the perfect heart of the home, so big and comfortable for everyone to hang out in. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing guest home in Park City. It was my first time in PC and the stay at Kim's house made the entire experience seem like a fantasy getaway in a winter wonderland. Two highlights -- There's nothing like soaking in a steaming hot tub on an icy cold night after a day on the slopes. (Who needs the hot springs in Iceland!) The layout of the house is great when you want to socialize and also great for resigning to your own room for a little solo time if you should need. I could go on but you'd have to experience for yourself.

As a Las Vegas resident, I am spoiled by the decadent surroundings of the casino resorts. So, the bar I set for "acceptable" is pretty high. Imagine my surprise when finding "perfection" instead! WOW, staying here made my vacation just perfect! The location, the decor, the smallest details have been provided to satisfy even the most persnickety of us! It was so hard to return to home....you have provided a fantasy-world where life in Park City is just perfect! Please keep the light on for me and my family, we WILL be back! While having the privilege of staying in Park City the entire summer, my stay was made exceptionally comfortable while staying at Kims. What a beautiful home! . Kim has decorated her place tastefully with very nice furnishings as well. From the granite countertops, brand new appliances, deep sofas, pillow top matresses, huge hot tub...the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the location is perfect. Minutes from all three Park City resorts, all scales of restaraunts, grocery stores, even Walmart for the few things that I forgot to bring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning on visiting Park City

This town home was a wonderful place for our family to call "home" while on vacation in Park City. The layout were perfect to allow us to be both comfortable when together as a family in teh great room, and have some privacy apart from one another.
