A Unique Oasis on Direct Access Canal to Pine Island Sound and Some of the BEST Fishing Around. Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, and Trout are abundant in these Pristine Waters.


All the Comforts of Home with a Full Kitchen and Large Living Area with attached Deck. Great Relaxing and Sunset Watching. The Dock has Ample Space for a Small or Large Boat.

Pine Island itself is accessible by bridge so it's convenient to nearby Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples. Because there are no beaches on Pine Island, large scale, high rise developments are not found here. Instead we have low density developments surrounded by mango groves, tropical fruit farms and palm plantations.

Boat Rentals, Charter Services, Bicycle Rentals, Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Public Library, 17 Mile Bike Path, and Art Galleries are just some of the things Pine Island has to offer.
