Located in an upscale neighborhood on a cul-de-sac just outside the Grand Hyatt's luscious grounds. Just a few minutes stroll to the ocean and the tropical lagoons on the Hyatt property. It is neighbor to the PGA Grand Slam of golf.
With a master bedroom upstairs and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, there is plenty of room for families and kids to have their own space! Perfect for either a couple or extended families. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. One downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other has 2 single beds. The den with a flat screen tv also has a sofa sleeper.
The upstairs deck is the perfect place for meals, BBQ, & star gazing while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Or sit on the lower patio surrounded by the lush tropical gardens.
This home is unique because of its easy going, comfortable feeling, with absolutely all the comforts of home in an extraordinary location and at a reasonable price!
Use of community swimming pool with water aerobics on M,W & F at 8:30 am, hot tubs, tennis courts an added bonus (tennis fee paid at court)! We do our best to make sure you have a spectacular Hawaiian vacation!!

We've been going to Kauai twice a year for 12 years, this home was a great find. The kids loved the space and location (close to Poipu Beach Park). Great amenities, very spacious. We'll be back here for our next trip. Mahalo!!!

We just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Kauai. This house was perfect for our needs. There were six in our party, and we never felt crowded in the house. The Poipu location is just amazing. Traffic was always light in Poipu, and we felt like a local...with the amenities of restaurants and grocery shopping close by. We explored the entire coast, from Ke'e in the north, to Polihale in the west and felt like we could not have made a better choice for home base.

We had a terrific stay in your home! It's in a GREAT location - so convenient to wonderful Poipu and Brenneke beaches. All the comforts of home and space to rest and relax. We'd love to come back again!
