This three bedroom ( 2 bedroom with a full size loft) condo is situated in Granby Ranch, formerly known as Silver Creek, which is just 20 minutes from the Winter Park Resort and 20 minutes from the majestic Grand Lake area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Kicking Horse ski lift at the Sol-Vista Ski Area is just a short ski away. The 360 degree views are incredible. Snow covered peaks, rolling hills, golf courses and world class fly fishing are just minutes away.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the Condo. The master has a queen bed with a private bath. The second bedroom contains another queen bed. A full bathroom in the hall is convenient for that second bedroom and for the private bedroom in the loft which houses a full under a twin bunk. The owners have also provided an X-Box Console and games along with a TV/DVD player.
The living room area is very comfortable and contains a working fireplace. Both sofas in the living room pull-out for overflow sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. A ski locker is located in the exterior hallway.
A private clubhouse is also just steps from the condo. It contains an outdoor hot tub, wet and dry saunas, an indoor pool, meeting area and WiFi access. There are also changing areas and showers for your convenience.

We rented 2 adjacent units for our family ski trip. Units were clean; excellent directions to get to units. Amenities were very close. This is a very good place for families with children learning to ski. Even though it was Chirstmas week, the lift lines were short.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
