Condo sleeps 4, located in the heart of the Redstone Village. Restaurants, shops & a Movie Theater Complex are a short walk from our condo. Three World Class ski areas, golf courses and the historic old town of Park City and a large Outlet Mall is just minutes away.

Living Room/Dining Room has satellite television and DVD player. 1st Bedroom has a Queen Bed, satellite television, Private en suite bathroom with double sinks, shower, jetted tub, dressing room and toilet. 2nd Bedroom has a trundle bed which can be made into two (2) single beds and has a TV. 2nd Bathroom has a tub with a shower curtain sink & toilet. Fully equipped Kitchen w/granite counter tops. Laundry room off the kitchen with full size washer & dryer.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION
50% Deposit & refundable Security Deposit to secure reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival date - 60 days for Holidays & Sundance.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Total amount is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 21 days of arrival date.
Cleaning fee $100.
Check in time Noon - Check out time 10:00 a.m.
