Welcome to Incline Village, one of North Lake Tahoe's most beautiful communities. This Forest Pines condo is ideally located to take advance of all the best Tahoe has to offer. The spacious open floor plan, high ceilings and rustic wood burning rock fireplace are perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, a long hike or hitting the slopes! The recently renovated kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the dining area and living room, with comfortable seating for your entire group. This lovely two-storied unit offers three bedrooms and two full baths in a corner location with lots of privacy. The downstairs master with in suite bath has a queen bed and large window facing quiet evergreens growing in back of the property. One upstairs bedroom has another queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Everything you need is provided for you, including linens, a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Renters have access to Incline's two private beaches with pristine lake views, picnic areas, playgrounds, snack-bars and grassy fields (one also has a pool). Spring and fall are perfect for exploring the many nearby hiking/mountain biking trails and countless other outdoor activities. A full shopping center is just two blocks away. Incline's $6M recreation center with indoor Olympic-size pool and outdoor tennis courts is three blocks away while Championship and Mountain Golf Courses, historic Cal-Neva, Crystal Bay Club, Tahoe Nugget and the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge and Casino in Crystal Bay, and Sand Harbor State Beach are all within a 5-15 minute drive. For those interested in skiing, we are a 20 minutes drive from two cross-country ski areas, five minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes to Northstar. For your convenience, free shuttles are available to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows or Diamond Peak.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious for us, clean and well-maintained. Our kids had a great time playing outside in the snow as well as inside next to the fireplace. It was nice having access to the communal area, being close to the stores and to the ski slopes and sledding areas. The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Very nice updated two story condo about a 5 minute walk from the beach and about 50 feet from a very nice pool and rec area. The unit is located in the back and is in a very private and quiet location easily accessible by car. The kitchen was short on steak knives and the unit doesn't have a stereo so if you need music, bring your own. The owners provided beach passes for the Incline Village private beaches. The only BBQ is located at the end of the complex about 100 yards away and is charcoal. We had a great experience, the owners were easy to work with and we would rent this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here for new years at a great rate. The kitchen is beautiful and fully furnished. The rest of the house is up to date even the couch is new (not the one shown in the pictures). Walking distance to the lake and to a community center which is literally maybe 200 feet away that has a hot spa and sauna. The place comes with a washer and dryer for our wet ski clothes and towels. There is plenty of parking around the condo. It is 2 stories (2 bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs). The only knock on this place is that they don't accept credit card and they take a deposit as well. At first this might seem off, but we went with this place and it worked out perfectly. The owners are good on their word and it might take a while to send your check through mail, but definitely worth the wait. Had a lot of fun and would definitely consider using this unit again. Owners are responsive with their E-mails and give advice and information about their place and it's surrounding areas. Thanks for having us!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
