One of the best units at the Rockies. Everything is new as of November 2008 - and we mean everything! Granite countertops and maple cabinets in the kitchen and both full bathrooms, tile and carpet flooring, beautiful Whirlpool appliances, brushed nickel lighting and hardware, and beautiful furnishings.
This is a quiet top floor unit with a nice view off the balcony; and with over 1,000 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room to relax after an exciting day exploring Steamboat. When you come "home", a cozy, newly-tiled gas fireplace awaits.
The living room, master bedroom, and upstairs bedroom have vaulted beamed ceilings. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable futon with 8" mattress.
Perfect for one or two couples (four adults) without using the living room, and the upstairs bedroom futon can easily accommodate two additional adults or children (six total occupants). Each bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet space, and each bathroom has a roomy vanity with drawers as well as a linen closet with additional shelf space.
A ski locker is located just outside the front door of the unit. There's internet access available for your laptop in the unit, and there's a guest computer and printer in the Amenities Building.
Located just a short 10-15 minute walk to the ski base and restaurants at Ski Time Square, and just a few steps to the free bus which will take you to additional shopping and dining in town. You can pick up a free daily newspaper and brochures about area attractions in the Amenity Building, as well as a free cup of coffee.
Please, no smoking or pets. Individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in this privately owned unit. We do not provide daily housekeeping services, but additional services can be arranged for a fee.

My husband and I grew up in the midwest and neither of us ever thought we would wind up in Colorado. After several ski trips to Steamboat Springs, my husband participated in "Ride the Rockies" in 2001. It was then that he fell in love with the friendly, energetic, small-town that we now call home. Another "Ride the Rockies" in 2003 clinched it! We were convinced we had to focus all of our efforts in getting to Steamboat. In 2007 our dream came true and in 2008 we purchased a rental unit in The Rockies Condominiums. We hope you'll enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too! Great condo close to the slopes. We have taken the shuttle and walked to the slopes from this condo. Beds are very comfortable. Living room with leather furniture, flat panel TV and fire place make for relaxing evenings. Jacuzzis onsite also. Definitely will stay again.

My husband and I and two boys (ages 12 and 14) really enjoyed this condo. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and the nice TV sets in both the living room and master bedroom. The boys appreciated having their own comfortable beds and bathroom. Having a laundry facility on site ($1 to wash and $1 to dry) was very nice. The only downside was the fact that it was on the 3rd floor but that also meant it was quiet with a nice balcony. The owners were extremely gracious and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and we tried to do it all - horseback riding, gondola ride and hike down the mountain, Fish Creek Falls, the Howler, a concert at Howler park, eating and shopping downtown....there was a lot going on over the 4th and we could have used a few more days to fit it all in!

We have had a wonderful weekend here in Steamboat, and your condo has been a perfect base for us. Our two sons loved their loft room - perfect for flying paper airplanes down onto their parents below! The condo is beautifuly maintained, so thank you for that. Steamboat is a beautiful place and we would love to come back. We had a magical day at Steamboat Lake and then at the Old Town Hot Springs. It was perfectly topped off with dinner at the Sweetwater Grill - highly recommended!

I stayed here with my husband and two small children, and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and is very attractively furnished. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this property. We were there in the fall, but the apartment is very close to the ski lifts, so would be great during ski season too.

Traveled with my wife, two children (6 and 4), and mother. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, great fully stocked kitchen to cook all our own meals. We used the common area gas grills as well. The pool was heated very nicely, kids swam every day. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities Steamboat area had to offer, rafting, horseback riding, the hot springs, hiking, and biking. Can't wait to come back to Steamboat. The location of the condo was great, right on Mt. Werner Rd, below the ski hill.

We had a very nice time at your place & would definitely go back there if we chose to ski Steamboat in the future. It was such a nice mountain for skiing of all abilities and we just loved the fact that there were absolutely no lift lines. Now, if we had just had about 6-12 inches of snow while we were there, it would have been nothing but perfect. Also being able to walk to the lifts and restaurants/bars was very convenient.
