A great place for Spring Break! This condo was so comfortable and had EVERYTHING we might need. Great care is taken with this condo! It was nice to step out the door and catch the shuttle (no ski boot treks). It's definitely an easy walk to the ski hill as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Owners were very easy to work with and very prompt on responses regarding dates, contracts, and general Steamboat questions. Great location, quick & easy shuttle to the mountain. Updated and clean property.

Great condo close to the slopes. We have taken the shuttle and walked to the slopes from this condo. Beds are very comfortable. Living room with leather furniture, flat panel TV and fire place make for relaxing evenings. Jacuzzis onsite also. Definitely will stay again.

My husband and I and two boys (ages 12 and 14) really enjoyed this condo. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and the nice TV sets in both the living room and master bedroom. The boys appreciated having their own comfortable beds and bathroom. Having a laundry facility on site ($1 to wash and $1 to dry) was very nice. The only downside was the fact that it was on the 3rd floor but that also meant it was quiet with a nice balcony. The owners were extremely gracious and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and we tried to do it all - horseback riding, gondola ride and hike down the mountain, Fish Creek Falls, the Howler, a concert at Howler park, eating and shopping downtown....there was a lot going on over the 4th and we could have used a few more days to fit it all in!

We have had a wonderful weekend here in Steamboat, and your condo has been a perfect base for us. Our two sons loved their loft room - perfect for flying paper airplanes down onto their parents below! The condo is beautifuly maintained, so thank you for that. Steamboat is a beautiful place and we would love to come back. We had a magical day at Steamboat Lake and then at the Old Town Hot Springs. It was perfectly topped off with dinner at the Sweetwater Grill - highly recommended!

I stayed here with my husband and two small children, and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and is very attractively furnished. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this property. We were there in the fall, but the apartment is very close to the ski lifts, so would be great during ski season too.

Traveled with my wife, two children (6 and 4), and mother. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, great fully stocked kitchen to cook all our own meals. We used the common area gas grills as well. The pool was heated very nicely, kids swam every day. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities Steamboat area had to offer, rafting, horseback riding, the hot springs, hiking, and biking. Can't wait to come back to Steamboat. The location of the condo was great, right on Mt. Werner Rd, below the ski hill.

This unit is beautiful--nicely appointed and very clean. Owners are very gracious and efficient in the business end of the deal. Questions were answered promptly and contract/finances were handled very professionally. We loved the unit and would recommend it very highly!

Your unit was great. We really liked your decorations and the unit was very clean. The kitchen and cooking utensils avaliable were great. We have rented for the past 10 years. Yours was one of the most up to date and cleaniest we have stayed in.

My family just returned from our stay at this condo (2/16-2/19) in Steamboat! It was my husband, myself & my 5 year old son... It was absolutely perfect for us! The condo is very warm, comfortable, perfect amount of space needed, spotless & obviously recently decorated! The city bus stop is right outside the building (you can see the stop from patio) and runs all day until 6:00... From 6-9 "The Rockies" runs a free shuttle to and from anywhere in the area. We were at a friends house and they came to pick us up within minutes! Very accommodating! It was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken and the condo made it that much better! Can't wait to come back next year!!!!

My wife and I and another couple stayed at this unit 2/11-2/15 2010. It was perfect. The unit looks even better than the pictures indicate. It is well updated with all of the modern conveniences included. The upstairs is a master lofted suite and the downstairs bedroom is large with a vaulted roof. The beds are nice and we all slept great. The location is walking distances to the gondola lift if don't carry your gear. Or, there is a shuttle right out front if you do carry your gear. The hot tub and pool were nice in the evenings. This is nitpicking, but the hot tub and pool are a bit far. Overall, it is an awesome unit in the perfect location at a fantastic rate.

We had a very nice time at your place & would definitely go back there if we chose to ski Steamboat in the future. It was such a nice mountain for skiing of all abilities and we just loved the fact that there were absolutely no lift lines. Now, if we had just had about 6-12 inches of snow while we were there, it would have been nothing but perfect. Also being able to walk to the lifts and restaurants/bars was very convenient. We made an excellent choice in renting the Rockies condo for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect getaway, very cozy and comfy for four adults. Everything you need is there,in terms of cooking and a few pantry items that really came in handy.Property very nice and very clean ! We used the jacuzzi once, it was alright, nice to have it there after skiing. Also went to nearrby Strawberry springs, well worrth it. If I had to search for a negative, it would be hard to find one: although the master bed was much too firm for me.Overall a very nice stay. The owners are very genuine and accomodating.We would definately reccomend to a friend & would love to come back in the future .

Had the time of our lives here in Steamboat. Your condo is by far the best we've EVER seen. Thank you for being such conscientious owners. We hiked the gondola trail up Mt. Werner, played a beautiful round of golf at Rollingstone, visited Fish Creek Falls, and topped it off with cooking our own steaks at the 8th Street Steakhouse. My family stayed here in Aug 2009 and just loved the furnishings and the attention to detail. The owners have taken pride in this rental and it shows. I loved your decorating, it was a lovely space to spend time in and we loved the beds and linens - it felt luxurious. We were very lazy, but did hike down the mountain after riding up in the gondola, so we are having trouble walking today!! The weather was perfect, and we had a great relaxing time. Bathes in the hot springs, kiddie area very nice. Had a great 1/2 week in Steamboat. The temperature's a great relief compared to St. Louis, Mo. The humidity is soo much nicer. Thank you.

Your place is magnificent! My family & I had so much fun here! It was a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. We hope that someday we can come back to Steamboat Springs, because the experiences we had were so memorable. The snow was incredible and ski conditions were pretty good! Besides skiing, we did snow tubing, snowshoeing, swimming, and ice skating. Thank you very much for giving us such a gorgeous home to have our vacation at. We are so upset to leave!
