We are So EXCITED that Winter The Dolphin from the movie "Dolphin Tale" is in walking distance from our beach house.. I haven't seen the movie, but I have seen "Winter" several times and I can tell you I love her so much. Talk about an INSPIRATION . She makes you believe that theres no giving up that even without a tail she can lead a normal healthy life. Children of all ages are loving her. Adults and teens relate in one way or another.

Floor 1 is a 2 car garage,
Floor 2 is a spacious romantic master bedroom with a huge bath tub and separate shower. Just in case, there is a small sofa bed for another guest.
Floor 3 has two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One large bedroom sleeps 3 and the other 2. you could also fit a blow up mattress in one of the rooms its so big.
Floor 4 is Spectacular! the views are in the front and back. We love to go on the porches and relax, or sit in the family room/ big kitchen and hang out with friends and family.
Floor 5 is our best kept secret, its rooftop patio has everything you would need to grill and entertain, a small kitchen, and Hot Tub. You could spend hours on this floor. It has a Great TV and stereo similar to the family room yet outside. The view is unbelievable and since we are the corner unit, we have it all.
We took pride in decorating in a comfortable, yet classy way.
The location is perfect,delicious family and fine dining restaurants are within walking distance,and a park right across the street.
Clearwater Beach is beautiful, the sand white and fine. One block from Our beach house. Clearwater Beach has a Pirate ship for tours. The kids love this, but adults like to go on it and party.

- Our Townhouse offers one feature that the other 7 units doesn't. Our Family room/ kitchen is on the fourth floor with the roof top patio just above. The other seven townhouses have the master bedroom on the 4th floor. There is really no need for the spectacular views when you're sleeping, Thats why we built ours this way. We love watching the sun set while we're eating/ watching TV, or entertaining. It really has a great view front and back. All of our Guests love this feature.

Why the Owner Chose Park Place
Our vacation home is in the heart of Clearwater Beach. All the great restaurants,shopping, beach pools, tennis courts, Bars, Ice cream shops, out door music, pier 60, Palm Pavilion, French's,Pizza, rental beach fun, actually everything, is in walking distance. If you don't plan to leave the beach, don't rent a car. Use the airport taxi to get to our Beach house.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The most unique benefit we offer in our Beach house is not only is it 5 stories with an in house elevator, but Our family room and kitchen are located on the 4 floor with Beach and Gulf Views. ALL THE OTHER UNITS were built with the master Bedroom on the fourth floor and the Family room kitchen on the 2nd floor. WE don't need to see a views while we sleep, but when we are eating, hanging out, or just watching TV, we have these spectacular views. All of our previous renters have commented on this. Don't forget our outdoor 1/2 kitchen also! located on the 5th floor patio.

My husband and I bought our Beach house in 2006. We both grew up in the area, and spent many hours on Clearwater beach. We have so many memories such as first dates, after school hanging out with friends at the Beach. I even worked at a cafeteria called the Beach Buffet. We feel Clearwater Beach is like paradise.
I love the cooler weather in Florida, so when we get the chance we really enjoy our Beach house. There is nothing like Florida's winter. Very tropical warm during the day and cool at night. Yes you can still sun bathe and go into the gulf.

We recently had the pleasure of spending 10 days at this little piece of paradise. The condo lacks nothing. The owners were super easy to deal with and extremely accomodating. The mornings spent lounging in the rooftop hot tub while sipping our morning coffee and watching the sun rise are still imprinted in our minds. The sunsets were equally awesome. The proximity to the beach and the local restaurants and bars meant we never took our car out of the garage. We could spend our vacation and leisure time doing what we went there for, hanging out and getting fat, lazy, and stupid!!!! Would highly recommend this condo for any and all.

Words do not do this house justice. Initially I picked it mainly for the roof deck with hot tub/view and proximity to the Clearwater Beach Community Center, where my son was getting married. The wedding group was able to have the rehearsal at the Center and then walk back to the townhouse for a steak BBQ on the top deck overlooking the bay and the ocean. I heard so many comments on what a fabulous location it was....everyone had so much fun! The owners could not have been more accommodating. The house was spotless. My daughter-in-law, who is VERY particular, was ECSTATIC over my choice in rental homes. The three grandkids loved it too. Just about every day they trekked the short way to the beach for a romp in the surf and a digging marathon in the sand. Thanks so much for opening your lovely townhome to us. We had 4 generations here including my 87 yr old father who really appreciated the elevator! What memories we have now of this wonderful family time! If we come back to your area you can bet we will be renting again!

What an experience a week at this gorgeous home! It was amazing, the place is beautiful, accomadating and in a great location. We enjoyed the elevator and of course the VIEW! Such an amazing place, we were able to fit everyone in for the rehearsal dinner and everyone one was so thrilled about the hot tub on the top floor. Just sitting there in the evening looking up at the beautiful stars in the dark sky. It was also just a hop and a skip across the street, to the white sand beaches! WOW! It was so nice to have all of the lounge chairs and sand toys available in the garage for the kids to enjoy. :o) It will be a memory that we will all store in our hearts and minds FOREVER! :o) Thank you so much for opening you magnificent beach house for all of us to enjoy! Oh by the way... P.S. The shower in the 2nd floor Master Suite is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! hee hee hee :o) Even all three kids enjoyed it after the time at the beach! :o)

This was our second time renting Rick and Liz's Beachhouse, We had a wonderful time again. The Beach house was still in perfect condition. It is well taken care of and extremly clean. We have a son that is in a wheel chair, he was more than happy that he could use all the floors of the house using the private elevator. The 5th floor patio is a great place to be, we especialy like our dinner up there after a nice day at the beach. The sunsets are amazing. Thanks again Rick and Liz, we hope to see you again

My family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! There were 6 kids and 4 adults and we had many many guests. We had so much space. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and rooftop were all awesome and we wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was there, it was clean, very comfortable and convenient. We loved the rooftop for grilling and sunsets, the short stroll to the beach, and all the amenities...beautifully decorated and very comfy. Would highly recommend.

I found this listing on vrbo. I wasn't sure, but it seemed to be ok. hard to tell from pictures and there were no comments from other guests. I thought it might be helpful for someone else who is not sure weather to book this townhome or not, to know that we thought it was perfect!! We had seven guests and our dog and there was so much room. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed as far as sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and utensils,etc. I think we all enjoyed hanging out on the roof the most of all!! The elevator was awsome and safe. So nice to walk across the street to the beach. I can't wait to come back!!!!!!!!
