Cottage Knoll was designed and built to faithfully blend a genuine country french farmhouse with the formal gardens of great estates. Cottage Knoll features 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms in the main home with gourmet kitchen, library that doubles as a theater, large living room with cozy fireplace, formal dining room and a 1 bedroom carriage house with kitchenette and bathroom(sleeps 2, with king bed), there is one king in the Master suite and 3 queens in the guest rooms. The study has a sofa bed and the upstairs bedroom has an extra twin bed. There are two sofas in the living room that can be turned into twin beds. This home sleeps up to 9 all together, plus 2 for the Carriage house that can be rented separately.e-mail owner for futher information about the number of people.
Outside, two acres of formal gardens surround a large stone terrace and conservatory that lead to a central reflection pond and secret garden with many out door rooms for you to enjoy.
