Cottage Knoll was designed and built to faithfully blend a genuine country french farmhouse with the formal gardens of great estates. Cottage Knoll features 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms in the main home with gourmet kitchen, library that doubles as a theater, large living room with cozy fireplace, formal dining room and a 1 room/studio carriage house with kitchenette and bathroom(sleeps 2, with king bed), there is one king in the Master suite and one in the large guest bedroom and two queens in the other two guest rooms. The study has a queen sofa bed and the upstairs bedroom has an extra twin/window seat bed. There are two sofas in the living room that can be turned into twin beds. Why the Owner Chose Orcas
My beauiful home was build in the year 2000 and has been our family home for 8 years. In 2007, I remarried and moved to Kauai. Because my home is so special I decided to convert it to a vacation rental and event venue. This way many others can enjoy Orcas Island and all that the Northwest has to offer.
