Home was in a good location and the rooms were nice and large. We were able to walk our dogs daily around the addition. Colorado's Best Western&Wildlife Art Museum was right down the road close. We were greatly surprised when we visited it. Highly recommend. The quaint town of Niwot is just 2 miles north with a great little Market to shop. Even though the owner lives downstairs, we did not hear any noise. There is a separate entrance. We had everything we needed, towels, sheets and kitchen wear. Loved the recycling bins and compost tub. Lots of great books to read.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners.

Perfect getaway

The property listing was accurate, and proved to be just what we needed for a quiet weekend away. We were worried about the neighborhood before arrival, but it was very quiet and felt extremely safe. We even inadvertently left our keys in the ignition for the whole of the weekend, and nothing was touched! The house was clean and quite comfortable, and the homeowner was helpful and available, but unassuming. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

We were in Boulder for a nephew's wedding and wanted a place five older adults and one college student (he got the loft) could share. Eydie's house fit the bill perfectly. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we only had breakfasts there since we were out and about most days. The deck was nice for sunning. Super nice Eydie is easy to reach. And the nephew's wedding at the Red Lion?--absolutely beautiful and a blast!

We have now stayed in Eydie's home two different trips to Boulder and what a delight!!! Our daughter is now living in Boulder and we visited there Thanksgiving of 2009 and again June2010. The house is appealing to all and very convenient to all locations. Eydie is a very kind and vibrant owner who wants her renters to be comfortable. Great rental!!!!!!

We stayed at Eydie's house while we were in Boulder for graduation. It was extremely clean and comfortable and was a great place for visiting with family and friends. Eydie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. While we were there the trees in the backyard were in bloom and the view off the deck was gorgeous. I'd highly recommend Eydie's house.

We stayed at the house for a few days, we loved it. The house made us completely comfortable and Eydie goes out of her way to make sure all is good. I admit it was a little different being that green, but I think it's going to force us make some changes in our own life. It was nice being that close to Boulder, but still being able to explore the reservoir and the foot hills. I wish we had more time to head into the mountains, since they were right there. There is a shopping center with grocery, liqueur, and take out 5 blocks away, and a Redbox for movies as well. This is a great place and is highly recommended.

Eydie's house has been the perfect landing spot for me while I wait for my new Boulder residence to be ready. Everything is comfortable and clean, and Eydie is a generous, detail-oriented hostess. The Master Bedroom bed is wonderful, the WiFi was dependable, and, of course, the location is ultra- convenient, whether you're heading off to Boulder, Longmont, Niwot, RM National Park, Fort Collins, or Denver. Going to Eydie's is like going home -- comfy, cozy, and well-equipped for just about anything you might need or want. Plus, I always feel great handing my money over to a "real" person, instead of a corporate franchise. I'll go back whenever I need a few nights or a week away - without hesitation.
