Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house in quiet community just 5 min north of Boulder. If you are looking for a relaxing or an exciting vacation Boulder is the place!
The house has an open floor plan that is ideal for entertaining and large groups of people. The house has been painted in warm and inviting colors. The beds, pillows and linens are all brand new. The living and dining room are furnished with high quality furniture, only a couple years old. HGTV 42' flat screen projector TV.
During the winter you have an amazing view the the front range including Longs Peak. During the summer the new deck is private and secluded, shaded by 2 apple trees and other shade trees. At night you can hear the coyotes and the train in the distance when sitting on the deck enjoying our beautiful summer nights. There is open space just a couple blocks away where you can run or bike on trails. For the little kids there is a great playground just a block and a half from the house.
There are many outdoor activities close by including the Boulder Reservoir where you can relax at the beach, go canoeing, paddle boating, water skiing, and windsurfing. Eldora is about 1 hour away and it is a short drive to the other skiing destinations. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park is only 30-45 minutes away. Boulder is filled with a unique variety of restaurants, shopping, free outdoor music festivals in the summer and many other great activities.
If you are wanting some pampering, in home spa treatments are available during your stay provided by Ahhh Mobile Spa. It is suggested that you make appointments in advance to insure availability. Massage appointments are also available from a variety of local therapist.

I rented this home with our daughters and their family. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner and baby shower with extended family. The owner of the home went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed including extra tables, chairs, platters and other serviing items. We had time to also enjoy a Christmas tree lighting nearby and shopping on Pearl Street. There's a large playground around the corner which my granddaughter enjoyed. Jogging/walking trails are also very close. The house and owner are so perfect, I will be renting it again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Home was in a good location and the rooms were nice and large. We were able to walk our dogs daily around the addition. Colorado's Best Western&Wildlife Art Museum was right down the road close. We were greatly surprised when we visited it. Highly recommend. The quaint town of Niwot is just 2 miles north with a great little Market to shop. Even though the owner lives downstairs, we did not hear any noise. There is a separate entrance. We had everything we needed, towels, sheets and kitchen wear. Loved the recycling bins and compost tub. Lots of great books to read.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

The property listing was accurate, and proved to be just what we needed for a quiet weekend away. We were worried about the neighborhood before arrival, but it was very quiet and felt extremely safe. We even inadvertently left our keys in the ignition for the whole of the weekend, and nothing was touched! The house was clean and quite comfortable, and the homeowner was helpful and available, but unassuming. Would definitely recommend this to others.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We were in Boulder for a nephew's wedding and wanted a place five older adults and one college student (he got the loft) could share. Eydie's house fit the bill perfectly. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we only had breakfasts there since we were out and about most days. The deck was nice for sunning. Super nice Eydie is easy to reach. And the nephew's wedding at the Red Lion?--absolutely beautiful and a blast!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have now stayed in Eydie's home two different trips to Boulder and what a delight!!! Our daughter is now living in Boulder and we visited there Thanksgiving of 2009 and again June2010. The house is appealing to all and very convenient to all locations. Eydie is a very kind and vibrant owner who wants her renters to be comfortable. Great rental!!!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Eydie's house while we were in Boulder for graduation. It was extremely clean and comfortable and was a great place for visiting with family and friends. Eydie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. While we were there the trees in the backyard were in bloom and the view off the deck was gorgeous. We stayed at the house for a few days, we loved it. The house made us completely comfortable and Eydie goes out of her way to make sure all is good. I admit it was a little different being that green, but I think it's going to force us make some changes in our own life. It was nice being that close to Boulder, but still being able to explore the reservoir and the foot hills. I wish we had more time to head into the mountains, since they were right there. There is a shopping center with grocery, liqueur, and take out 5 blocks away, and a Redbox for movies as well. This is a great place and is highly recommended.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Eydie's house has been the perfect landing spot for me while I wait for my new Boulder residence to be ready. Everything is comfortable and clean, and Eydie is a generous, detail-oriented hostess. The Master Bedroom bed is wonderful, the WiFi was dependable, and, of course, the location is ultra- convenient, whether you're heading off to Boulder, Longmont, Niwot, RM National Park, Fort Collins, or Denver. Going to Eydie's is like going home -- comfy, cozy, and well-equipped for just about anything you might need or want. Plus, I always feel great handing my money over to a "real" person, instead of a corporate franchise. About the owner: I grew up in South Boulder in a family of 4 girls. I studied photography at a school in Glenwood Springs and Ft Lauderdale Florida. I am currently a face and body painter in the Boulder Denver area and you can check out my work at: www.fancifulfacesboulder.com. I live in the basement apartment of this property with a separate entrance and lots of soundproofing. :) This gives you direct access to me if you need anything during your stay!

Gunbarrel is close to everything yet away from the city and the noise. I fell in love with Gunbarrel while living the Twin Lakes subdivision and knew I had to own a house in this relaxing part of Boulder.
